TorontoBlackLimousine.com picks up at Hotel X Toronto at Exhibition Place, The Westin Harbour Castle on Harbour Square and other waterfront hotels. Pearson is about 24 km from Hotel X (20–35 minutes) and about 28 km from Harbour Square (25–45 minutes); Billy Bishop is 3–4 km from either. Keep a chauffeur by the hour for games and concerts, and book your waterfront hotel car with the fixed fare shown before you confirm.
Hotel X Toronto car service: getting to and from Exhibition Place
Hotel X Toronto stands at 111 Princes' Boulevard on the grounds of Exhibition Place, beside BMO Field, the Enercare Centre and the Automotive Building (formerly Beanfield Centre), with Lake Ontario across Lake Shore Boulevard. That setting is peaceful most of the year and very busy on game days, during the CNE and during big shows. Our chauffeurs pick up at the hotel's entrance for Pearson transfers, Billy Bishop runs, downtown meetings and full hourly days. You book in our reservation engine with the hotel name, pick the vehicle and see a fixed, all-in fare before confirming. The chauffeur waits at the entrance and messages you the car details. Official hotel information is on the Hotel X site.
The waterfront hotels we pick up from
Two very different areas make up Toronto's waterfront for hotel guests. These hotels were checked on their own sites or brand booking pages on 30 September 2026; we pick up at them as addresses and have no partnership with any.
- Hotel X Toronto, 111 Princes' Boulevard, Exhibition Place: the western waterfront, beside BMO Field and the Enercare Centre.
- The Westin Harbour Castle, 1 Harbour Square: the central waterfront at the foot of Bay Street, next to the Toronto Island ferry docks.
Other lakeside and Queens Quay hotels and serviced apartments are booked the same way by address. If your hotel is a few blocks north, in the South Core or near Union Station, see our Financial District hotels page.
How far are the waterfront hotels from Pearson and Billy Bishop?
Dispatcher planning figures on a weekday outside the rush:
| Trip | Distance | Typical drive |
|---|---|---|
| Hotel X to Toronto Pearson (YYZ) | about 24 km | 20–35 min |
| Westin Harbour Castle to Toronto Pearson | about 28 km | 25–45 min |
| Hotel X to Billy Bishop (YTZ) | about 3 km | 8–15 min |
| Westin Harbour Castle to Billy Bishop | about 3–4 km | 10–15 min |
| Westin Harbour Castle to Union Station | about 1 km | 5–10 min |
| Hotel X to Union Station | about 5 km | 10–20 min |
| Either hotel to Yorkville | 6–8 km | 15–25 min |
| Either hotel to Niagara Falls | about 125–130 km | 85–110 min |
Both hotels sit beside the Gardiner Expressway and Lake Shore Boulevard, so the westbound drive to Pearson is direct: Gardiner to Highway 427 and north to the terminals. Weekend Gardiner maintenance closures move the route to Lake Shore or the 401.
Westin Harbour Castle to Pearson and back
The Westin Harbour Castle is one of the largest convention hotels in the city, so it sees steady airport traffic at all hours. For departures, the chauffeur arrives at the hotel's front drive on Harbour Square. For arrivals, we track the flight and meet you curbside at the terminal's designated pre-arranged pickup area on the arrivals level, as described on Toronto Pearson's site; meet and greet inside arrivals with a name board is an optional add-on at booking. Included waiting is 30 minutes from actual landing for Canadian domestic and US flights and 60 minutes for other international arrivals. See our downtown Toronto to Pearson black car page for the full route guide.
Billy Bishop airport from a waterfront hotel
The waterfront hotels are the closest large hotels to Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Cars pick up and drop off at the mainland pavilion on Eireann Quay, at the foot of Bathurst Street, and passengers cross to the island by the pedestrian tunnel or the short ferry, as Billy Bishop explains. The drive from either hotel is short, but Queens Quay and Bathurst can be slow in summer, so we still build in time. See our Billy Bishop airport transfer page. For a connection between Billy Bishop and Pearson, see Pearson to Billy Bishop by car.

Hotel X Toronto parking versus arriving by chauffeur
Guests search for Hotel X Toronto parking because Exhibition Place parking fills quickly during events, and the hotel sets its own parking arrangements that we do not quote. If you are flying in, a chauffeured transfer removes the question entirely. If you need a car during the stay, an hourly chauffeur for the busy day usually beats keeping a rental that sits in a garage while you walk to BMO Field or the Enercare Centre.
What does a waterfront hotel fare include?
This site does not publish prices. The reservation engine shows the fixed, all-in fare before you confirm: chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 ETR tolls if used, airport fees and gratuity, plus HST shown separately. The fare depends on vehicle class, distance and time, stops, waiting beyond the included allowance, and the date and hour, including event days at Exhibition Place. Our fares page explains the factors; booking online shows the exact figure for your hotel.
BMO Field, RBC Amphitheatre (formerly Budweiser Stage) and events at Exhibition Place
Hotel X is a short walk from BMO Field, home of Toronto FC and the Argonauts, and from the Enercare Centre and the Automotive Building (formerly Beanfield Centre); RBC Amphitheatre (formerly Budweiser Stage) at Ontario Place is just across Lake Shore. On event nights, Lake Shore Boulevard, Strachan Avenue and the Princes' Gates area slow sharply. Guests at the Westin Harbour Castle heading west for a concert benefit most from a booked car with a set pickup point for the way home. See BMO Field games, RBC Amphitheatre (formerly Budweiser Stage) concerts and Enercare Centre and Exhibition Place for event-night planning, and check BMO Field's schedule.
The CNE and summer on the waterfront
Late August to Labour Day brings the Canadian National Exhibition to Exhibition Place, and summer brings festivals at Harbourfront Centre; the Honda Indy street race that used to circle the grounds moved to Markham Centre from 2026. Roads around Hotel X close or change during these events, and the dispatcher adjusts pickup points accordingly. If you are staying for the CNE, see our CNE car service page. For Harbourfront programming near the Westin, see Harbourfront Centre.
Toronto Islands and harbour days
The Westin Harbour Castle is next to the Jack Layton Ferry Terminal, where the City of Toronto's ferries leave for Centre Island, Ward's Island and Hanlan's Point. Cars cannot go to the islands, so a chauffeur is useful at either end: from the airport with luggage, or collecting a family at the ferry terminal after a long day on Centre Island. See our Toronto Islands page and the City's ferry information.

Conventions and meetings from the waterfront
The Westin Harbour Castle hosts its own conferences, while delegates at Hotel X often attend shows at the Enercare Centre or the Automotive Building (formerly Beanfield Centre) next door. Both hotels are also a short drive from the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. For sales teams, an hourly chauffeur is the best tool: morning at the show, afternoon client visits in Mississauga or Markham, dinner downtown and back to the lakeshore. See our trade show transportation service and Automotive Building (formerly Beanfield Centre) page.
Why an hourly chauffeur suits a waterfront stay
The waterfront is beautiful but a little removed from the core, and on event days the short trips are the slow ones. Our hourly chauffeur service, from a 3-hour minimum with extra time in 30-minute blocks, keeps the same car and chauffeur with you: a meeting on Bay Street, lunch in Yorkville, a gallery, a concert at RBC Amphitheatre (formerly Budweiser Stage) and home to the hotel, without calling a new car for each leg or walking the length of Exhibition Place in the rain.
Vehicles for waterfront pickups
- Business sedan: one or two travellers and their luggage.
- First-class sedan: executives and VIP guests.
- SUV or premier luxury SUV: families, strollers, sports bags.
- Executive Sprinter and Sprinter luxury van: teams and groups up to 12.
Coaches, stretch limousines and party buses for wedding parties and group events come from vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network.
Weddings and celebrations on the lakeshore
Waterfront hotels host weddings, and many couples use them as the base for guests. A Sprinter can loop between the hotel, the ceremony and the reception; a first-class sedan or luxury SUV takes the couple. See our wedding limo service for how we plan the day, and note that multi-vehicle weddings are priced in writing by a coordinator.
Winter on the lakeshore
The waterfront is colder and windier than the rest of downtown from December to March, and freezing spray can glaze Lake Shore Boulevard. Our cars run winter tires from November to April, the chauffeur warms the cabin before you come out, and on stormy mornings the dispatcher moves Pearson pickups earlier and checks Ontario 511 for closures. Families with children in car seats appreciate an SUV in winter for the extra room to buckle up out of the wind, and the chauffeur loads the bags while you stay in the lobby until the car is at the door.
Family days out from a waterfront hotel
Families staying by the lake are close to the CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium, both walkable from Harbour Square in good weather. The car comes into its own for the farther attractions: the Toronto Zoo in Scarborough (about 40 km, 35–50 minutes), Canada's Wonderland in Vaughan (about 40 km, 35–50 minutes) and Niagara Falls. Child seats (infant, convertible or booster) are available at booking, and an SUV or Sprinter leaves room for strollers. See our CN Tower and Toronto Zoo pages for drop-off notes.
Planning the trip
Our travel desk works with BookingWorldwide.net to arrange flights into Pearson or Billy Bishop, a waterfront hotel and chauffeured transfers as one itinerary, which suits event groups and families. You can book the car alone at any time.
