TorontoBlackLimousine.com drives from downtown Toronto or Pearson to any Niagara Falls hotel, from the Fallsview towers to Clifton Hill and Lundy's Lane. Niagara Falls is about 130 km and 85 to 110 minutes from downtown Toronto via the Gardiner and the QEW, and about 125 km from Pearson. Book your Niagara Falls hotel car and see the fixed fare before you confirm.
Niagara Falls hotels from Toronto car service: how it works
Most visitors reach Niagara Falls from Toronto by one of three routes: driving themselves, joining a coach tour, or taking a train. A private car service sits in between. You leave from your door in Toronto, or from the arrivals curb at Pearson, and arrive at the front drive of your Niagara Falls hotel without changing vehicles, finding parking or following a tour group's schedule.
Enter your pickup address or flight number, the Niagara Falls hotel, the date and time, your group size and luggage, and the vehicle class in the reservation engine. The fixed, all-in fare appears before you confirm. For an overnight trip you can book a one-way drop and a separate return, or keep the chauffeur for the whole visit. Our Toronto to Niagara Falls route page covers the drive itself in more depth.
Which Niagara Falls hotels do we drive to?
Any hotel with a street address in Niagara Falls, Ontario. On 30 September 2026 we checked the following on each hotel's own official website, and name them only as addresses we drive to. TorontoBlackLimousine.com has no partnership with any hotel; guests book us directly.
- Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites, on Fallsview Boulevard.
- The Oakes Hotel, also on Fallsview Boulevard, overlooking the Falls.
- DoubleTree Fallsview Resort and Spa by Hilton.
- Fallsview Casino Resort, which combines the casino with its hotel.
- Great Wolf Lodge Niagara Falls, a family resort with an indoor water park.
Several other large Fallsview hotels belong to chains whose websites block automated checks, so we leave them out rather than guess. The booking works the same for any of them: type the hotel's address.
Distances and drive times to Niagara Falls hotels
Planning figures for a weekday outside the rush. The reservation engine quotes the exact fixed fare for your address, date, time and vehicle.
| Trip | Distance | Typical drive time |
|---|---|---|
| Downtown Toronto (Union Station) to a Fallsview hotel | about 130 km | 85–110 min |
| Toronto Pearson (YYZ) to a Fallsview hotel | about 125 km | 80–105 min |
| Yorkville or Midtown Toronto to Niagara Falls | about 135 km | 90–115 min |
| Fallsview hotel to Niagara-on-the-Lake | about 20 km | 20–25 min |
| Fallsview hotel to Buffalo Niagara airport (BUF) | about 35 km | 35–50 min plus the border |
| Fallsview hotel to Niagara Falls VIA and GO station | about 5 km | 10–15 min |
The biggest variable is the QEW between Toronto and Hamilton. On a summer Friday afternoon it can add 45 minutes or more.
Fallsview, Clifton Hill and Lundy's Lane: arriving at the right front drive
Niagara Falls hotels fall into three broad areas. The Fallsview district sits on the ridge above the Horseshoe Falls, with tall hotel towers along Fallsview Boulevard and around the casino. Clifton Hill and the streets near the Rainbow Bridge hold the older tourist strip, with attractions and restaurants packed together. Lundy's Lane runs west from the Falls with a long line of motels and mid-size hotels.
The chauffeur drops you at your hotel's front drive or main entrance, and collects you there. We only describe specific porte-cochères and loading zones where we have verified them, so if your hotel has a separate tower entrance or a car-park lobby, add it to the booking notes. On busy summer evenings, traffic around Clifton Hill and the casino crawls; a chauffeur who knows the back streets makes a difference.
What the fare to a Niagara Falls hotel includes
We do not publish price lists. The reservation engine shows the fixed, all-in fare before you confirm. It covers the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, 407 ETR tolls if the route uses them, airport fees on Pearson pickups, and gratuity, with HST shown separately. There is no meter running in QEW traffic and no surge on a long weekend.
What changes the fare: the vehicle class, distance and time, extra stops (a winery or an outlet mall on the way), waiting beyond the included allowance, and the date and season. For a round trip on the same day, compare a return transfer with an hourly booking; the hourly minimum is 3 hours for sedans, SUVs, vans and Sprinters, and a Niagara day usually runs well past that. Our how our fares work page explains the difference.
Pearson straight to a Niagara Falls hotel
Flying into Toronto for a Niagara holiday, you do not need to go downtown first. From Pearson, the chauffeur takes Highway 427 south to the QEW, around Hamilton and along the Niagara Peninsula, about 125 km and 80 to 105 minutes at a normal hour. Flights are tracked, and waiting from actual landing is included: 30 minutes on Canadian domestic and US flights, 60 minutes on other international arrivals.
The standard fare includes curbside pickup at the designated area for pre-arranged cars at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3; see Toronto Pearson's pre-arranged pickup information. Meet & greet inside arrivals with a name board is an optional add-on at booking, useful after a long overnight flight with children. For a family with luggage, book the SUV or a Sprinter from the start.
Day trip or overnight: keeping the chauffeur for your Niagara stay
For a day trip from a Toronto hotel, the simplest plan is to book the hourly chauffeur service for the whole day. The car collects you in the morning, drives to Niagara Falls, waits while you see the Falls and have lunch, takes you to Niagara-on-the-Lake or a winery in the afternoon, and brings you back to Toronto in the evening. One booking, one chauffeur, no timed pickups to miss.
For an overnight or longer stay at a Niagara Falls hotel, most guests book a one-way drop and a separate return. If you want the car at your disposal each day, the chauffeur can stay over in Niagara; a coordinator confirms the arrangement in writing. Our Niagara Falls and wine tours page shows typical day-trip plans.
Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara nights
The two casinos in Niagara Falls are Fallsview Casino Resort, which also runs a hotel, and Casino Niagara near Clifton Hill. We drive guests to both, and our pages on Fallsview Casino and Casino Niagara cover drop-off and timing. Ontario casinos are for guests 19 and older, and anyone in the group may be asked for identification at the door.
A casino evening from Toronto is a natural fit for the hourly chauffeur: the car waits while you have dinner, see a show at the casino's theatre and play for a while, and brings you home without anyone needing to drive. For guests staying at a Niagara Falls hotel, a short drop and pickup between the hotel and the casino is simple to add. Check the Fallsview Casino Resort site for event dates; for gambling support, PlaySmart is Ontario's official resource.
The Falls, Niagara Parks and wine country from your hotel
Most of what visitors come for sits along the Niagara Parkway, managed by the Niagara Parks Commission: the Horseshoe Falls viewing areas, the boat tours into the gorge, the gardens and the scenic drive north to Niagara-on-the-Lake. The official visitor site, Niagara Falls Tourism, lists current attractions and seasonal hours.
With a chauffeur by the hour, you can build a day around them: the Falls in the morning before the crowds, lunch, then a drive along the Parkway to the wineries around Niagara-on-the-Lake, about 20 km north. Our Niagara wine country page covers the wineries and how to plan tastings without anyone needing to drive. The WEGO visitor bus links the main attractions, but a private car is easier for families and anyone with limited mobility.
Crossing to the United States from a Niagara Falls hotel
Buffalo is less than an hour away, and many visitors combine a Niagara Falls hotel stay with a flight from Buffalo Niagara International Airport or a day on the US side. The Rainbow Bridge, the Peace Bridge in Fort Erie and the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge all connect Ontario to New York State; see Niagara Falls Bridges for current crossing information.
Everyone in the car needs valid travel documents: a passport, or for eligible citizens a NEXUS card, passport card or enhanced driver's licence. Check the rules on the CBP site before you go, and the CBSA site for returning to Canada. Our Buffalo airport car service page covers the airport run, and our guide to crossing the border by limo explains what happens at the booth.
Conventions and meetings at the Niagara Falls Convention Centre
Niagara Falls also hosts business events, and the Niagara Falls Convention Centre draws conferences and trade shows that fill Fallsview hotels on weekdays as well as weekends. Delegates flying into Pearson need a reliable way down the QEW, and teams often need several trips between the hotel and the hall.
Our Niagara Falls Convention Centre page covers access and drop-off. For a delegation, a Sprinter luxury van for 12 or a coach from a partner operator can move the whole group from Pearson to the hotels in one run. For executives, an hourly car covers the hotel, the convention centre and an evening dinner at a winery. Group bookings are confirmed in writing by a coordinator.
Weddings, anniversaries and group getaways in Niagara
Niagara is one of Ontario's busiest wedding destinations, and Fallsview hotels host receptions, bridal parties and guests who stay for the weekend. Proposals at the Falls, anniversary dinners and milestone birthdays follow the same pattern: an occasion where nobody wants to drive home.
For a wedding party, a stretch limousine for the couple (from a vetted partner operator) and a Sprinter luxury van for up to 12 guests keeps everyone together between the hotel, the ceremony and the photo stops. For a group weekend from Toronto, a party bus from a partner operator is an option with a 4 to 5 hour minimum. Our wedding limo service page explains timing and how to book several vehicles at once.
Which vehicle suits a Niagara Falls hotel trip?
A business sedan carries two passengers and two bags comfortably for the 130 km drive; for a special trip, the first-class sedan is a Mercedes-Benz S-Class or equivalent. Families and groups of up to six take the SUV or the premier luxury SUV, with room for four large bags.
For seven people, choose the executive Sprinter. Twelve fit the Sprinter luxury van, which is the most popular choice for wedding parties and wine tours. Stretch limousines, party buses and coaches come from vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network. Rolls-Royce and Maybach are available on request through the same network for a proposal or an anniversary.
QEW traffic, summer weekends and winter driving
The QEW is the only practical highway between Toronto and Niagara, and it is predictable in its own way. Friday afternoons from spring to autumn are slow leaving Toronto, Sunday afternoons are slow coming back, and long weekends are worse on both. The Burlington Skyway and the stretch through Hamilton are the usual bottlenecks. Our dispatchers watch Ontario 511 and choose timing and routes to match.
Winter brings lake-effect snow off Lake Ontario and Lake Erie, which can reduce visibility along the Niagara Peninsula quickly. Our cars run winter tires from November to April, and we build in extra time when forecasts are poor. The payoff is the Winter Festival of Lights and quieter hotels, so it is still a good season to go.
Train or car to a Niagara Falls hotel?
GO Transit and VIA Rail both run trains between Union Station and Niagara Falls station, and for a couple travelling light, the train is a reasonable choice. Check GO Transit and VIA Rail for current schedules, which vary by season and day of the week.
The station is a short drive from the Fallsview hotels, so you will still need a taxi or car at the far end. A private car wins for families with luggage, for anyone arriving at Pearson rather than downtown, for late or early travel outside the train schedule, and for groups, where one Sprinter is simpler than coordinating everyone's tickets. We can also meet a train at Niagara Falls station and take you to your hotel.
Rooms, flights and the travel desk
If you still need a Niagara Falls hotel, our travel desk works with BookingWorldwide.net for flights, hotels and packages, so the room and the car can be planned together. For wedding groups and conventions, that helps keep arrivals and room blocks on one itinerary.
Book the car directly on TorontoBlackLimousine.com through our reservation engine, not through a marketplace. You deal with one dispatch desk, see the fixed fare before you confirm and pay no aggregator commission. If you are choosing between Niagara Falls and a quieter stay, our Niagara-on-the-Lake hotels page covers the inns and winery hotels a few kilometres north.
Changes, cancellations and delays
Plans change, especially on long trips. Update the booking or message dispatch with a new time or flight and we adjust. Our cancellation policy is measured from the scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours before, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10 %; 48 hours or less, 50 %; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100 %. Weddings, party buses, coaches and multi-vehicle bookings are priced and confirmed in writing by a coordinator.
