TorontoBlackLimousine.com provides chauffeured cars for Toronto's luxury hotels, including the Four Seasons Toronto, Fairmont Royal York, The Ritz-Carlton, Shangri-La and The Hazelton. Downtown and Yorkville hotels are about 27 to 30 km and 25 to 45 minutes from Pearson. Book your luxury hotel chauffeur for a first-class sedan or luxury SUV, with the fixed fare shown before you confirm.
Luxury hotels Toronto car service: how a chauffeured stay works
Guests at Toronto's luxury hotels tend to want the same things from a car: a quiet, spotless vehicle, a chauffeur who is early rather than on time, and a booking that does not need chasing. That is the service we run. You book an airport pickup, a transfer between appointments or a chauffeur for the whole day through our reservation engine, see the fixed fare before you confirm, and deal with one dispatch desk in Toronto from then on.
Most of these hotels have a concierge who can arrange cars, and many guests simply book with us directly and tell the concierge a car is arranged. Either way, the chauffeur arrives at the hotel's front drive, messages you on arrival, and waits discreetly until you come down.
Which luxury hotels in Toronto do we pick up from?
Any hotel in the city, and every luxury hotel address. We checked the following on each hotel's own official website on 30 September 2026, and name them only as addresses we drive to. TorontoBlackLimousine.com has no partnership with any hotel and states no star ratings; guests book us directly.
- Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, in Yorkville.
- Fairmont Royal York, at 100 Front Street West, across the street from Union Station.
- The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto, at 181 Wellington Street West.

Four Seasons Toronto and the Yorkville hotels
"Four Seasons Toronto" is one of the most searched hotel names in the city, and it sits in Yorkville, Toronto's luxury shopping and gallery district, along with the Hazelton, Windsor Arms and Kimpton Saint George. Yorkville streets are narrow and busy, with valet queues, delivery trucks and pedestrians everywhere, so a chauffeur who knows the side streets helps.
A Yorkville stay pairs naturally with an hourly car: the flagship stores on Bloor Street, the Royal Ontario Museum a short walk away, a lunch reservation, a fitting, and dinner, all in one booking. Our Yorkville hotels page covers the neighbourhood's hotels in more detail, and our Yorkville and Bloor Street shopping page covers the shopping. The Hazelton's own site is thehazeltonhotel.com.
Fairmont Royal York and the Financial District
The Fairmont Royal York is one of Toronto's landmark hotels, directly across Front Street from Union Station. Its location makes it the natural base for business guests with meetings on Bay Street, visitors arriving by train, and delegates at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre a short walk west. The hotel's official site notes that the UP Express connects Union Station to Pearson.
For a solo traveller with a carry-on, that train is often the simplest airport link. A car makes more sense for families, heavy luggage, Terminal 3 flights, and very early or late travel. For a day of meetings, an hourly chauffeur waits outside each tower. Our Financial District hotels page covers the other hotels in the area, and our corporate car service page covers company accounts.
The Ritz-Carlton, Shangri-La and the Entertainment District edge
The Ritz-Carlton sits on Wellington Street West, a short walk from Roy Thomson Hall, the CN Tower and Rogers Centre, and the Shangri-La is on University Avenue a few minutes north of King Street. Both are well placed for the theatres, the TIFF Lightbox area and game nights, which means their front drives get busy just before and after events.
For a Blue Jays game, a concert or a TIFF premiere, book the car by the hour. The chauffeur drops you near the venue, stays close, and meets you at an agreed point as the crowd leaves, which is far easier than trying to get a car at the curb when the whole street is looking for one. Our VIP event transportation page covers red-carpet and premiere timing. Shangri-La's own site is shangri-la.com.
The Omni King Edward and Old Town Toronto
The Omni King Edward stands on King Street East in Old Town, close to St. Lawrence Market, the Distillery District and the St. Lawrence Centre. "The Omni King Edward" is a popular search for a historic stay downtown, and its location works well for guests who want the old city rather than the towers.
From King Street East, Pearson is about 29 km and 30 to 45 minutes, and Billy Bishop airport about 5 km and 10 to 20 minutes. For a weekend visit, an hourly chauffeur can take you from the hotel to the St. Lawrence Market on a Saturday morning, on to the Distillery District, and back for an afternoon rest, then to dinner and a show. Our Distillery District page covers the neighbourhood.
1 Hotel Toronto, Hotel X and the west side
1 Hotel Toronto is in King West, the restaurant and nightlife strip west of Spadina, and Hotel X Toronto is on Princes' Boulevard, on the waterfront beside Exhibition Place and near BMO Field. Both are closer to Pearson than Yorkville, and Hotel X is especially handy for events at the Enercare Centre and the Automotive Building (formerly Beanfield Centre). Its official site is hotelxtoronto.com.
Traffic around Exhibition Place changes completely during the CNE, big conferences and match days at BMO Field, so check the calendar before planning departures. A chauffeur with an hourly booking can use the quieter approaches and meet you at an agreed point away from the busiest gates. See our waterfront hotels page for more on the area.
First-class sedans, luxury SUVs and Rolls-Royce on request
Luxury hotel guests usually book one of four classes. The first-class sedan is a Mercedes-Benz S-Class or equivalent for two passengers with two bags. The premier luxury SUV, a Lincoln Navigator or Cadillac Escalade, seats six with four bags and suits families and executives who want space. The first-class executive Sprinter has six captain's chairs and work tables for a small team.
Rolls-Royce and Maybach cars are available on request through the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, for a proposal, an anniversary or a guest who wants something special. Our Rolls-Royce chauffeur page explains how those bookings work. Every vehicle arrives clean inside and out.
What the fare from a luxury hotel includes
We do not publish price lists. The reservation engine shows the fixed, all-in fare before you confirm: the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, 407 ETR tolls if the route uses them, airport fees and gratuity, with HST shown separately. There is no meter and no surge on a TIFF evening or a snowy Friday.
What changes the fare: the vehicle class, the distance and time, extra stops, waiting beyond the included allowance, and the date and season. Hotel pickups include 15 minutes of waiting, then 15-minute blocks. For a day in the city, compare separate transfers with the hourly chauffeur service, which starts at a 3-hour minimum with extra time in 30-minute blocks. See how our fares work for the full explanation.
Pearson arrivals to a luxury hotel: curbside or meet & greet
For an arrival, the chauffeur tracks your flight and schedules the pickup from actual landing, with 30 minutes of waiting included on Canadian domestic and US flights and 60 minutes on other international arrivals. The standard fare includes curbside pickup at the designated area for pre-arranged cars on the arrivals level of Terminal 1 or Terminal 3; Toronto Pearson explains the process on its pre-arranged services page.
Many luxury guests add meet & greet, an optional add-on available at booking. The chauffeur waits inside arrivals with a name board, takes the luggage cart and walks you to the car. It is especially useful after a long-haul flight, for guests travelling with children, or for anyone who would rather not look for a car at the curb. Our Pearson terminal pickup guide explains both options.
An hourly chauffeur for a luxury stay
The most common booking from a luxury hotel is not an airport run but a day: shopping in Yorkville, a private viewing at a gallery, lunch in the Financial District, a spa appointment, and dinner in King West. Taxis and ride apps work for a single trip, but they do not wait outside a boutique with your bags in the trunk.
With the hourly chauffeur, the car and chauffeur stay with you for a 3-hour minimum or the whole day. You tell the chauffeur the plan, change it as you go, and the car is always close. For visitors on a first trip, our private city tours page suggests routes, and the first-time visitor's guide covers the city's neighbourhoods and highlights.
Discretion for VIPs, film festivals and private visits
Toronto's luxury hotels host film talent in September, sports figures during playoffs, and executives and families who value privacy all year. Our chauffeurs do not post about passengers, do not share itineraries, and do not name clients. We use unmarked vehicles and can arrange pickups at a side entrance or garage where the hotel permits.
For a TIFF week schedule with premieres, parties and interviews, book the car by the hour for each day, so timings can change without rebooking. For a multi-car movement, such as a talent car plus a staff SUV, a coordinator can confirm the plan in writing. Our private chauffeur service page covers as-directed work in more detail.
Best hotels in Toronto and 5 star hotels: choosing by location
We do not rate hotels, and we do not repeat star ratings we have not verified. What we can offer is a driver's view of location, because where you stay decides how long you spend in the car. For a business trip centred on Bay Street and the MTCC, Front Street and Wellington Street hotels save the most time. For shopping, galleries and restaurants, Yorkville is the natural choice.
For a waterfront view and easy access to Exhibition Place and BMO Field, Hotel X works well. For the old city, St. Lawrence Market and the Distillery, look at King Street East. Destination Toronto, the city's tourism organization, publishes current guides to neighbourhoods and events.
Billy Bishop and private jet arrivals
Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport is on the Toronto Island, about 4 to 6 km from most luxury hotels. Cars pick up and drop off at the mainland pavilion on Eireann Quay, reached through a pedestrian tunnel or a short ferry from the island terminal. For a quick flight to Montreal or Ottawa, a downtown hotel and Billy Bishop is often faster than Pearson. See our Billy Bishop transfer page.
For private aviation, the chauffeur can meet you at the business aviation terminal at Pearson and, where the operator permits, at the aircraft. Our Pearson private jet page covers the details. From there to a Yorkville or Financial District hotel is about 25 to 30 km.
Rooms, flights and the travel desk
If you are still choosing a hotel, our travel desk works with BookingWorldwide.net for flights, hotels and packages, so the stay and the car can be arranged on one itinerary. That is useful for families planning a milestone trip and for assistants booking an executive's visit.
Book the car itself directly on TorontoBlackLimousine.com, through our reservation engine rather than a marketplace. One dispatch desk handles every trip, the fare is fixed before you confirm, and no aggregator commission is added. For conventions and trade shows, see our convention hotels page; for weekends away, see our Niagara Falls hotels and Muskoka resorts pages.
Changes, cancellations and delays
Schedules change, especially on busy trips. Message dispatch or update the booking with new times and we adjust; flights are tracked automatically. Our cancellation policy is measured from the scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours before, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10 %; 48 hours or less, 50 %; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100 %. Multi-vehicle bookings are confirmed in writing by a coordinator.
