The Westin Toronto Airport and the other Dixon Road and Airport Corporate Centre hotels are about 4–8 km from Pearson (YYZ), typically 8–20 minutes, and about 25 km from downtown Toronto, 25–45 minutes via Highway 427 and the Gardiner. TorontoBlackLimousine.com picks up at the hotel entrance with a fixed all-in fare shown before you confirm. Book your airport hotel car or an hourly chauffeur.
Westin Toronto Airport and the Dixon Road hotels: why book a car?
The Westin Toronto Airport, the Toronto Airport Marriott, the DoubleTree and their neighbours line Dixon Road just east of Highway 427, and a second cluster sits in the Airport Corporate Centre along Eglinton Avenue West where Etobicoke meets Mississauga. Most of these hotels run their own airport shuttle, so why would a guest book a car? Because the shuttle only goes to the terminals. Our guests book TorontoBlackLimousine.com for everything else: a day of client visits in Mississauga and Vaughan, a Bay Street meeting, an evening downtown, a trip to Niagara Falls, a Sunday pickup at Pearson for a group with luggage, or the ride home to Kitchener or Hamilton after a conference. One dispatch desk, one fixed fare per trip, and a chauffeur you can keep by the hour.

Terminal 3 is a few minutes farther than Terminal 1 from Dixon Road. These are planning figures; the reservation engine quotes the exact fixed fare for your hotel, date and vehicle. The airport's own transportation page lists the terminal options.
How far are the Dixon Road hotels from downtown Toronto?
About 25 km. The car takes Dixon Road to Highway 427 south, then the Gardiner Expressway east to the Financial District, or Highway 401 east and the Don Valley Parkway for Yorkville and midtown. Early morning or late evening the run is 25 minutes. Weekday rush hours, a Blue Jays or Leafs start, or a Gardiner lane closure can double it. Your chauffeur checks Ontario 511 before leaving and picks the line that is moving.

Conventions at the Toronto Congress Centre and the International Centre
The airport hotels exist in large part because of two convention halls. The Toronto Congress Centre is on Dixon Road itself, and the International Centre is on Airport Road in Mississauga. Exhibitors book hotel rooms on Dixon Road and then need a vehicle for setup, client dinners and airport runs. An executive Sprinter kept for the day moves a booth team with their samples; a sedan per executive handles the client visits. See our trade show transportation page, and the venue pages for the Toronto Congress Centre and the International Centre.
Hourly chauffeur from an airport hotel
A guest at the Westin Toronto Airport with meetings in Mississauga, Brampton and Vaughan faces a spread of suburban offices that transit handles poorly. That is exactly the day our hourly chauffeur service is built for: a 3-hour minimum in a sedan, SUV or Sprinter, extra time in 30-minute blocks, and a chauffeur who waits outside each office and keeps the documents in the car. It also suits crew members and project teams staying a week near the airport, film and TV crews heading to studios, and families making several visits in one afternoon.
What does the fare include from a Dixon Road hotel?
Everything but the tax: chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 ETR tolls if used, airport fees and gratuity, with HST shown on its own line. No meter, no surge after a storm grounds half the flights. The price changes with the vehicle class, the distance and time, extra stops, waiting beyond the allowance and the date. Fifteen minutes of waiting is included at the hotel, then 15-minute blocks. The exact figure appears instantly on the booking page once you enter the hotel and destination; our page on how fares work explains the rest.
Where does the chauffeur pick you up?
At the hotel's front drive or main entrance. At checkout time the airport hotels can have shuttle buses, crew vans and taxis stacked in the lane, so the chauffeur texts on arrival with the car and plate and walks into the lobby if you are not outside. Several Dixon Road hotels stand side by side, so enter the hotel's full name in the booking rather than just "Dixon Road". For crews and delegations we can place one car or a Sprinter at a fixed time every morning.
Pearson arrivals heading to an airport hotel
A five-minute ride sounds like it does not need a booking, but after a long-haul flight with three children, four cases and a hotel shuttle that has just left, a car waiting in the pre-arranged pickup area is worth it. Flights are tracked, and included waiting is 30 minutes on Canadian domestic and US flights and 60 minutes on other international arrivals from actual landing. Curbside pickup at the terminal's pre-arranged pickup area is included; meet and greet inside arrivals with a name board is available at booking.
Staying near Pearson the night before an early flight
For a 6 a.m. departure, a winter storm forecast or a family travelling from Kitchener, Barrie or Niagara, a night at a Dixon Road hotel removes the risk of the morning drive. We carry you to the hotel the evening before, and the hotel shuttle or a short morning car finishes the job. For long-distance guests the evening ride is also calmer: Highway 401 and the QEW at 8 p.m. move far better than at 5 a.m. in snow. Ask about this when booking a trip from Kitchener-Waterloo or Hamilton and Burlington.
Which vehicle for an airport hotel guest?
- Business sedan or Tesla Model Y: one or two passengers, two cases; the electric Tesla for companies that report emissions.
- First-class sedan: an S-Class or equivalent for executives visiting head offices.
- SUV or premier luxury SUV: up to six passengers and four bags, and sure-footed in snow.
- Executive Sprinter or the first-class executive Sprinter: meeting-room seating for board visits.
- Sprinter luxury van: twelve seats for crews and delegations.
Child seats, infant to booster, are available at booking.
Evenings downtown from an Etobicoke hotel
Plenty of airport-hotel guests are in Toronto for one night and want to see something: a Blue Jays game, dinner on King Street West, the CN Tower at dusk. A one-way car downtown and a timed pickup works, but an hourly booking is often simpler because game and concert finish times move. The chauffeur drops you at the venue, waits nearby and brings you back to Dixon Road the moment you text. The concert and game day limo page covers the main venue exits.
Weddings and events at the airport hotels
The big Dixon Road hotels host weddings, banquets and cultural celebrations most weekends. Out-of-town family land at Pearson and stay on site; the couple and the wedding party need cars to a ceremony elsewhere in the city and back. We run arrivals from Pearson, the getting-ready and ceremony legs, and late-night returns for guests staying elsewhere. Stretch limousines and party buses come from vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, and multi-vehicle weddings are priced in writing by a coordinator. Start with our wedding limo page.
Long stays: crews, trainees and project teams
The airport hotels house a lot of people who are not tourists: airline and aircraft-maintenance crews, engineers commissioning a plant in Brampton, auditors on a three-week engagement, trainees at a Mississauga head office. For them the transport problem repeats every day, and a standing booking fixes it. We schedule the same car or Sprinter at the same time each morning, collect a list of names, and return the group at the end of the shift, with a single account and one invoice for the company. If a shift runs late, the dispatcher moves the pickup rather than leaving people waiting in a lobby. Ask about standing bookings through corporate car service, and tell us about any team members who need a child seat, a folded wheelchair stowed or extra luggage space.
Winter driving around the 427 and the 401
Dixon Road sits beside the junction where the 401, the 427 and the 409 meet, one of the busiest interchanges in the region, and winter makes it unpredictable. Lake-effect snow, black ice on the ramps and a single collision on the collector lanes can add half an hour to what is normally a ten-minute run. Our cars run winter tires from November to April, and the dispatcher adds a buffer to morning departures whenever Environment Canada posts a snowfall or freezing-rain warning. For the very early flights, that buffer is the difference between a calm check-in and a sprint to security.
Flights, rooms and a car on one itinerary
If the airport hotel is part of a larger trip, our travel desk books flights, hotels and packages through BookingWorldwide.net and adds the chauffeur to the same file. For companies relocating staff or flying in trainees, it keeps the arrival flight, the hotel nights and the ground transport on one itinerary, with our dispatch desk as the contact for any change.
Cancellation and changes
More than 72 hours before pickup, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10 %; 48 hours or less, 50 %; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100 %, measured from the scheduled pickup. Changes of time, vehicle or stops can be made through the confirmation. Other airport options are on the Pearson airport hotels page and the main Toronto Pearson airport transfer page.
