The TorontoBlackLimousine.com travel desk works with BookingWorldwide.net so visitors, families and companies can search flights into Toronto Pearson, Billy Bishop or Buffalo, hotels, resorts, activities, packages and car rental in one place. The travel booking completes on BookingWorldwide.net; you then send the flight and hotel details to our dispatch desk, and every chauffeured transfer is planned around them.
What is the Toronto travel desk?
The Toronto travel desk is the part of TorontoBlackLimousine.com that looks after the rest of a trip, not just the ride. Most of our clients are travelling: an executive flying in for three days of meetings, a family coming home for a wedding, a delegation arriving for a conference at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. They need a flight, a hotel and ground transport that fit together. The travel search sits on this page and in the travel strip across the site; your chauffeurs are booked in our Toronto reservation engine at a fixed fare. One file, one dispatch desk watching the flight, and no gaps between landing and check-in.
How does the travel desk work with BookingWorldwide.net?
The travel search on this page is provided with BookingWorldwide.net, an online travel agency for flights, hotels, resorts, activities, packages and car rental. You search, compare and book there, and the travel booking, payment and travel terms are BookingWorldwide.net's. Our part is everything on the ground: once you have a flight number and a hotel address, add them to your chauffeur booking or send them to dispatch, and we plan the pickup, the waiting time and the return. Keeping the two on one file means that when a flight changes, the car changes with it.
What can I book through the travel desk?
- Flights into Toronto Pearson, Billy Bishop and Buffalo, from almost anywhere, on one search.
- Hotels in the Financial District, Yorkville, the waterfront, the airport strip, the GTA and Niagara.
- Resorts in Muskoka, Blue Mountain and Niagara-on-the-Lake, and warm-weather escapes from YYZ.
- Activities such as the CN Tower, games and Niagara boat tours, between rides.
- Packages of flight and hotel for a trip or a group.
- Car rental for the days you want to drive yourself.
Chauffeured transfers, hourly chauffeurs and group vehicles are booked with us, directly.
How does the travel desk connect to my chauffeur?
Three details make the connection: the flight number, the hotel or home address, and the times you need to be somewhere. With the flight number we track the aircraft, so the chauffeur is timed to the real landing and waiting starts from touchdown: 30 minutes for Canadian domestic and US flights, 60 minutes for other international arrivals. With the hotel address, the return trip to the airport is planned from the check-out time and the terminal. With your meeting or event times, dispatch can suggest an hourly chauffeur in Toronto for the days that have several stops.
Which airports does the travel desk plan around?
Most trips land at Toronto Pearson (YYZ), 27 km and 25 to 45 minutes from downtown, at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3; check your booking for the terminal. Short-haul flights to Ottawa, Montreal and some US cities use Billy Bishop (YTZ) on the Toronto Island, 3 to 5 km and 10 to 20 minutes from Union Station, where cars meet passengers at the mainland pavilion. Some travellers fly into Buffalo (BUF), 160 km and 105 to 135 minutes away, and cross the border by car. The airports hub covers all of them, with km and drive times to downtown and to Pearson.

Where should I stay in Toronto?
It depends on the reason for the trip. For Bay Street meetings, the Financial District keeps you walking distance from the towers and close to Union Station. For shopping, galleries and quieter evenings, Yorkville is 5 km north. For a short stay with an early flight, the Pearson airport strip saves the morning drive. Our hotels hub lists transfers by area, including Financial District hotels, Yorkville hotels and Pearson airport hotels, each with the drive to downtown and to Pearson. Hotels are places we drive to; we have no partnership with any of them.
Which routes and day trips can I add to a stay?
Once the hotel is set, the routes hub shows where the car can take you: downtown to Pearson and Billy Bishop, Niagara Falls (130 km, 85 to 110 minutes), Niagara-on-the-Lake for the wineries, Muskoka (about 215 km), Blue Mountain and the long-distance runs to Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec City. For a day out, keep the chauffeur by the hour: the car waits at the falls, at lunch and at each winery, and brings everyone back to the hotel together.
Toronto to Montreal: should I fly, take the train or go by car?
"Toronto to Montreal" is one of the most searched trips in Canada. The drive is about 545 km and 330 to 390 minutes on Highway 401. Flying from Pearson or Billy Bishop is fastest in the air, but add the airport time at both ends. VIA Rail runs between Union Station and Montreal, a comfortable option for one or two people with light bags. A chauffeured car makes sense for groups, families with luggage, a team that wants to work on the way, or a trip with stops in Kingston or Ottawa. Our Toronto to Montreal route page explains driver hours, rest stops and one-way versus return.
Can the travel desk help with trips to the USA?
Yes: flights to US cities can be searched here, and our Toronto to the USA pages cover chauffeured trips to Buffalo, Rochester, Detroit, New York, Chicago, Boston, Washington and more, in both directions. Every passenger crossing needs valid documents: a passport, or a NEXUS card, passport card or enhanced licence for eligible citizens. Check U.S. Customs and Border Protection before you go and the Canada Border Services Agency for coming home. Our guide to crossing the border by limo covers the practical side.
How does it work for conferences and conventions?
Conferences are where the travel desk earns its keep. Attendees need flights, rooms near the venue and transfers that match the programme. The venues hub covers the Metro Toronto Convention Centre beside Union Station, the Enercare Centre at Exhibition Place, the Toronto Congress Centre and the International Centre near Pearson. A planner can book rooms through BookingWorldwide.net and then book Sprinters or coaches with us for the airport arrivals, the hotel-to-venue loop and the gala dinner, all on one file.
Can I plan an evening at a casino or an event?
Yes. The casinos hub covers the casinos around Toronto and Niagara, door to door by black car (19+). The events hub covers games at Rogers Centre and Scotiabank Arena, concerts at RBC Amphitheatre (formerly Budweiser Stage), TIFF, the CNE and the trips to Buffalo Bills and Detroit Lions games. For evenings with an uncertain finish, an hourly booking means the car is outside when the show ends instead of you queuing for a ride with thousands of others.
Which attractions can I see with a chauffeur?
The attractions hub lists Toronto's sights with where the car stops and how long to allow: the CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, the ROM, Casa Loma, the Distillery District, St. Lawrence Market, the Toronto Islands and Harbourfront, plus Canada's Wonderland in Vaughan and the Toronto Zoo. Destination Toronto is the city's official visitor site for what is on. A three- or four-hour city tour with a private chauffeur covers several sights without parking or transit transfers.

What is a concierge car service in Toronto?
A concierge car service is a chauffeur who is part of your plans rather than a ride between two points. In practice, that is our hourly private chauffeur: the same car and chauffeur for three hours or the whole day, running errands, waiting outside meetings, collecting a guest from Union Station, taking a parent to an appointment and bringing everyone to dinner. Combined with the travel desk, it covers the whole trip. The private chauffeur service page explains how days are planned.
Do you arrange private jet charters?
We do not operate or broker aircraft. What we do is the ground side of private aviation: the car at the business aviation terminal at Pearson, Billy Bishop or a regional airport, meeting the aircraft where the FBO permits, and the chauffeur for the rest of the stay. If you have chartered a jet, send the tail number, the FBO and the arrival time with your booking. The private jets and FBOs hub covers each airport.
Can you book cars outside Toronto on the same account?
Yes. Through the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, chauffeured cars in more than 70 countries and 500 cities are booked on the same Toronto account. A traveller can be collected in Toronto, met at the other end in New York or London, and brought home again, with one dispatch desk behind all three. See our worldwide chauffeur network page.
A worked example: a family flying home for a wedding
A family of five books flights into Pearson and a hotel in Yorkville through the travel desk. With us they book a six-seat SUV from Terminal 3 with a booster seat for the youngest; the flight lands 40 minutes late, the chauffeur's timing moves with it, and the 60-minute international waiting window starts from touchdown. On the wedding day they book a stretch limousine for the wedding party and a sedan for the grandparents. Three days later, the same SUV class takes them back to Pearson. Travel on one booking, chauffeurs on the other, one dispatch desk watching both.
Who is responsible for what?
Flights, hotels, resorts, activities, packages and car rental booked through the search are BookingWorldwide.net bookings under its terms, and changes to them are made there. Chauffeured transfers, hourly chauffeurs and group vehicles are TorontoBlackLimousine.com bookings under our terms, with the fixed fare shown before you confirm and the cancellation rule measured from pickup. When you change one, tell the other: a new flight number to our dispatch desk is all it takes. What each transfer includes is explained on how our fares work, and business travellers can use a corporate account.
How should I time flights around Toronto traffic?
Toronto's traffic has a rhythm, and flight choices can work with it. Weekday departures from Pearson between about 4 and 7 p.m. mean leaving downtown in the evening rush, when the Gardiner and the 427 are at their slowest; an earlier or later flight can save half an hour on the road. Morning arrivals into Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 from Europe usually reach the curb before the inbound rush clears, so allow extra time into the core. Friday afternoons in summer add cottage traffic on the 400 and the 401. When you search flights, look at the whole door-to-door time, not just the air time, and tell dispatch the flight as soon as it is booked so the car is planned around it.
