Toronto limo rates at TorontoBlackLimousine.com are fixed, all-in fares: chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 ETR tolls if used, airport fees and gratuity, with HST shown separately. The fare depends on vehicle class, distance and drive time, waiting, extra stops, date and season, or the hourly minimum. The reservation engine shows the exact fixed fare before you confirm, with no surge and no meter.
How do Toronto limo rates work?
Toronto limo rates on this site work the way a fixed-price quote should: you enter the pickup, the destination, the date, the time and the vehicle, and the Toronto reservation engine returns one all-in number before you commit. That number does not move if the Gardiner is slow, if your flight lands late within the included waiting time, or if the chauffeur takes the 407 to avoid a crash on the 401.
We do not publish a price list, and that is deliberate. A list would either be too low to be honest or too high to be useful, because a fare from a Liberty Village condo and one from a house in King City to the same terminal are different trips. What this page does instead is show exactly what a fare includes, what changes it, the distances and drive times behind it, and how to see yours in about a minute.
What does the fixed, all-in fare include?
The fare you see before confirming includes:
- the chauffeur and the vehicle class you chose;
- fuel and the vehicle's running costs;
- 407 ETR tolls, if the route uses the 407;
- airport fees charged to pre-arranged vehicles;
- gratuity for the chauffeur;
- flight tracking on airport pickups and train tracking at stations;
- the included waiting time (30 minutes on Canadian domestic and US flights, 60 minutes on other international arrivals, 15 minutes on other pickups).
HST is shown separately on the same screen, so the total is visible before you pay. There is no fuel surcharge added later, no surge on a busy night and no meter running in the background.
What is not included, and what costs extra?
Three kinds of extras exist, and each is shown at booking or agreed in writing:
- Optional add-ons chosen at booking: meet and greet inside arrivals with a name board, and child seats (infant, convertible or booster). Both are available at booking; the engine adds them to the fixed fare.
- Changes on the day: waiting beyond the included time runs in 15-minute blocks, and an unplanned extra stop or detour changes the trip. The chauffeur calls dispatch before anything is added.
- Planned group work: weddings with several vehicles, party buses, coaches and multi-day programmes are priced in writing by a coordinator.
Curbside pickup at the terminal's pre-arranged pickup area is what the airport fare includes. Parking tickets, damage or cleaning after illness are handled under our terms.
What changes the fare: which vehicle class?
The vehicle is the biggest single factor. A business sedan and an S-Class covering the same 27 km to Pearson are different fares, because the vehicles cost different amounts to buy, insure and run. Moving from a sedan to a six-seat SUV, and from an SUV to a Sprinter, raises the fare in steps, but per person the larger vehicle is often the better value: one SUV for four people is usually less than two sedans, and one Sprinter for eleven is far simpler than three SUVs.
Partner vehicles, such as stretch limousines, party buses, coaches and Rolls-Royce, carry the partner operator's costs and minimums. Every class, with seats and luggage, is on the Toronto limo fleet page.
What changes the fare: distance and drive time?
A fixed fare is built from both kilometres and the minutes a trip realistically takes. That is why a downtown pickup at 8 a.m. on a weekday and the same trip at 11 p.m. can differ: the route is the same length but the morning run ties up a car and chauffeur for longer on the Gardiner and the 427.
For planning, downtown to Pearson is about 27 km and 25 to 45 minutes; Mississauga is about 30 km; Niagara Falls about 130 km and 85 to 110 minutes. The table further down lists fifteen common trips, and the trip planner covers 39 destinations. Neither shows prices: the reservation engine is the only place a fare appears, because it is the only place that knows your exact address, time and vehicle.
What are the hourly minimums?
When you keep a car and chauffeur rather than booking one way, the fare is time-based with a minimum:
| Vehicle class | Hourly minimum |
|---|---|
| Business sedan / Tesla Model Y | 3 h |
| First-class sedan (S-Class) | 3 h |
| SUV (Yukon XL / Suburban) | 3 h |
| Premier luxury SUV (Navigator / Escalade) | 3 h |
| Executive Sprinter (7) / First-class Sprinter (6) | 3 h |
| Sprinter luxury van (12) | 3 h |
| Stretch limousine (8-18) | 4 h |
| Party bus (20-30) | 4-5 h |
| Coach bus (55) | 5 h |
| Rolls-Royce / exotic (on request) | 3 h |
After the minimum, time runs in 30-minute blocks. An hourly chauffeur in Toronto is the product we lead with, because for a day of meetings or an evening with an uncertain finish it is usually better value than a string of one-way trips.
How much is a limo per hour in Toronto?
The honest answer is: it depends on the class and the hours, and you can see the exact figure in the reservation engine in under a minute. What we can tell you here is how the hourly fare is built. It covers the vehicle and chauffeur for the whole block, whether the car is moving or parked outside your meeting; it includes fuel and gratuity; and it has the minimums above. Mileage within a normal GTA day is part of the hourly fare; a day that heads to Niagara or Muskoka is quoted with its distance in mind.
Choose Hourly in the engine, pick the class, enter the start time and the number of hours, and the all-in fare appears. Adjust the hours up or down to see how the total moves before you confirm.
How does waiting time work?
Included waiting starts from the actual landing time for flights, because we track the flight, and from the scheduled time for other pickups:
- 30 minutes after landing on Canadian domestic and US flights;
- 60 minutes after landing on all other international arrivals, allowing for customs at Pearson;
- 15 minutes on hotel, home, office and station pickups.
After that, waiting is charged in 15-minute blocks, and dispatch contacts you before the first block starts. A delayed flight is not waiting time: the chauffeur's timing moves with the tracked arrival. If your plans involve a lot of waiting, such as several meetings or a dinner with an open end, book hourly instead.
Do extra stops change the fare?
A short stop on the way, such as collecting a colleague in Midtown on the way to Pearson, can be added at booking and is priced into the fixed fare. Stops added on the day change the trip, so the chauffeur checks with dispatch first. More than two or three stops is usually a sign that an hourly booking suits the day better: the car simply waits at each address and the stops cost nothing extra within the booked time.
Do dates, times and seasons change the fare?
Yes, a little. Demand for particular vehicles peaks in predictable weeks: wedding and prom season from May to October, TIFF in September, New Year's Eve, and weekends with big games at Rogers Centre or Scotiabank Arena. On those dates, partner vehicles such as stretch limousines and Rolls-Royce have longer minimums or limited availability, so book early. Very early or overnight pickups may also carry a different fare from midday ones. There is no surge on the day: once confirmed, your fare is fixed.
Is a Pearson airport limo a flat rate?
With us, yes: every Pearson booking is a fixed fare agreed before the trip, whether it is Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, and it does not change if you land late within the tracked waiting window. People search "Toronto airport limo flat rate" and "flat rate taxi Toronto airport" because they want certainty, and a pre-booked fixed fare is that certainty.
The taxis and limousines at the Pearson ground-transportation stands are a separate system run under the airport's arrangements; Pearson describes them on its taxis and limos page and pre-arranged pickups on its pre-arranged services page. The UP Express train, described on upexpress.com, is often the simplest option for a solo traveller with a carry-on going between Union and Terminal 1. A pre-booked car wins door to door, for Terminal 3, for families and heavy luggage, and late at night. Our UP Express vs limo guide compares them.

Longer trips across Ontario and into the USA, with km and drive times for each, are listed on the routes hub and in the trip planner.
Do fares include the 407 ETR?
If the chauffeur's route uses the tolled 407 ETR, the toll is inside the fixed fare. It is often the fastest way across the north of the GTA, from Vaughan to Mississauga or from Markham to Pearson, when the 401 is jammed. We decide the route from traffic conditions, checking Ontario 511 for closures, and you do not see a separate toll line afterwards.
Is the gratuity included?
Yes. Gratuity is included in the fare for standard service, so there is nothing to calculate at the curb. If a chauffeur goes well beyond the booking, such as carrying a heavy trunk up three flights or waiting through a family emergency, an extra tip is welcome but never expected. The chauffeur tipping and etiquette guide explains local customs.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is measured from the scheduled pickup time:
| When you cancel | Charge |
|---|---|
| More than 72 hours before pickup | No charge |
| 72 hours or less | 10 % of the fare |
| 48 hours or less | 50 % of the fare |
| 24 hours or less, or a no-show | 100 % of the fare |
If your flight is cancelled by the airline, tell dispatch as soon as you know and we will move the booking to the new flight.
Hourly or one way: which costs less?
One way is cheaper for a single trip: home to Pearson, hotel to a restaurant, Union Station to a meeting. Hourly becomes the better value once a day has several stops, waiting in between or an uncertain finish: a morning of three meetings on Bay Street and in North York, a roadshow, a medical appointment with a follow-up, a concert where you do not know when you will leave. With one-way trips you pay for each leg and risk waiting for a car each time; with hourly the car is already outside. Our guide to hourly vs point to point works through examples.

How are groups, weddings and coaches priced?
Anything involving several vehicles, partner coaches or party buses, or a programme over several days is priced in writing by a coordinator. That includes weddings with a car for the couple and a van for the party, conference shuttles between Pearson hotels and a venue, and roadshows moving a team across the city for two days. The written quote lists every vehicle, every time and the hourly minimums, and it becomes the fixed fare for the job. Corporate clients can also be billed on account; see corporate accounts.
