The Toronto trip planner shows the typical distance and drive time between downtown Toronto and 80 destinations - Pearson, Billy Bishop, the GTA cities, Hamilton, Niagara, Buffalo, Muskoka, Ottawa, Montreal and New York. Choose a destination, then open the reservation engine to see the exact fixed, all-in fare for your address, date, time and vehicle before you confirm.
How to use the trip planner
Each destination is measured from downtown Toronto around Union Station, with a drive time that runs from a quiet off-peak run to a typical weekday peak. For a pickup in North York, Etobicoke or Scarborough, add or subtract the local leg. If you need the car for several stops or a whole day, an hourly chauffeur is usually the better booking - see hourly vs point-to-point. Stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce and party buses are planned by a coordinator - see stretch limousine and party bus rental.
What sets the fare
The fare is fixed before you travel and depends on the vehicle class, the distance and time, waiting, extra stops, the date and season, and for hourly bookings the hours reserved (3-hour minimum for sedans, SUVs, vans and Sprinters). How our fares work explains each factor. A metered taxi or a rideshare app prices the journey after it happens - a crash on the 401 at the 427 interchange, a Gardiner lane closure or a surge after a Raptors game all land on the passenger. For a solo traveller with a carry-on going between Union Station and Pearson Terminal 1, the UP Express is often the simplest choice - we compare them honestly in Pearson: UP Express vs taxi vs limo, and the train's own timetable is on the UP Express site.
What is always included
Flight and train tracking, 30 minutes of waiting from landing on Canadian and US flights and 60 minutes on other international flights, 15 minutes on other pickups, luggage handling, bottled water and the gratuity. Meet and greet in the arrivals hall and child seats are available at booking.
