A Stouffville to Toronto airport limo from TorontoBlackLimousine.com is a pre-booked black car from any Stouffville or Uxbridge address to Toronto Pearson (YYZ). Stouffville to Pearson is about 55 km and 40–55 minutes; Uxbridge about 70 km and 50–65 minutes. Flights are tracked, the fixed fare shows before you confirm, and you can book your Stouffville airport car directly with us.
Stouffville to Toronto airport limo: the short answer
Whitchurch-Stouffville and Uxbridge sit on the north-east edge of the GTA, far enough from Pearson that a taxi across the 407 corridor is an expensive gamble and close enough that a private car is the most practical way to catch a flight. A Stouffville to Toronto airport limo gives you one chauffeur, one late-model black car and a fixed fare that you see in the reservation engine before you commit, covering vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, any 407 ETR tolls used, airport fees and gratuity, with HST shown separately. We do not print prices here because the engine prices your exact street, date and car. The same car handles the return, flight-tracked, with a chauffeur who knows the side roads of Ballantrae, Musselman's Lake and Goodwood.

Which highway: the 407, the 404 or the 401?
From Stouffville the quickest way to Pearson is usually south on Highway 48 or Ninth Line to the 407 ETR and west across the top of the city to Highway 427 or 409. It avoids the worst of the 401 but is tolled; any toll used is included in the fixed fare. When the 407 has no advantage - early Sunday mornings, for example - the chauffeur may take the 404 south to the 401 west. From Uxbridge, the route typically starts on Highway 47 or Regional Road 8 and joins the 407 near Brock Road or Highway 48. Your chauffeur checks Ontario 511 before leaving, and the 407 ETR site lists any overnight closures. Whatever the route, the fixed fare you confirmed does not change.
Stouffville limo service for airport departures
For early departures we recommend leaving Stouffville about two and a half to three hours before a domestic or US flight, and three and a half to four before a long-haul international flight. That leaves room for the 407-to-427 interchange, which slows at rush hour, and for security lines at Terminals 1 and 3. Confirm your terminal on your airline booking and add it and the flight number to the reservation. For a Porter or Air Canada flight from Billy Bishop, the island airport is about 55 km away; cars drop at the mainland pavilion on Eireann Quay, as the Billy Bishop pick-up and drop-off page explains.
Pearson arrivals home to Stouffville or Uxbridge
Coming home, your chauffeur watches the flight and times the pickup to the real landing. Included waiting is 30 minutes after landing on Canadian domestic and US flights and 60 minutes on other international arrivals, then 15-minute blocks. The fare covers curbside pickup at the pre-arranged pickup area on the arrivals level; Pearson outlines how that works on its pre-arranged services page. Meet and greet inside the hall with a name board is an optional add-on at booking - useful for elderly parents flying in alone or first-time visitors. Text the chauffeur once you have collected your bags, and you are on the 407 heading east a few minutes later.

GO train or black car from Stouffville?
The GO Stouffville line runs between Old Elm, Stouffville, Mount Joy and Union Station, with more stops through Markham and Scarborough. For a solo commuter heading to the core with a laptop bag, it is often the simplest choice; check the current timetable on GO Transit. A car wins when you need Pearson rather than Union Station (the GO line does not go there), when you travel with children or heavy luggage, when the flight leaves before the first train, or when there are several of you. For Union Station itself, our Union Station car service meets VIA and GO arrivals, train-tracked.

- Premier luxury SUV when the arrival should look the part.
- Executive Sprinter for up to seven with lounge seating, ideal for a team heading to a trade show.
Choose the class in the reservation engine and the fare adjusts instantly. Child seats (infant, convertible or booster) are available at booking.

Weddings in Stouffville and Uxbridge
The farms, barns and golf clubs around Stouffville and Uxbridge are popular wedding settings, and the roads between them are narrow, dark and unmarked at night. A good plan keeps the cars by the hour so they can shuttle between the ceremony, photo stops and the reception without anyone checking a map. Stretch limousines (four-hour minimum) and party buses (four to five hours) come from vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, on the same booking and dispatch desk. Wedding and multi-vehicle bookings can be priced in writing by a coordinator. Start with our wedding limo page.
Hospitals and medical trips from the north-east GTA
Many Stouffville and Uxbridge residents are patients of Oak Valley Health, which runs hospitals in Markham and Uxbridge, and many more travel to Toronto's downtown teaching hospitals for specialist care. A pre-booked car is door to door, and the chauffeur can fold and stow a wheelchair or walker for passengers who can transfer to a seat. We have a wheelchair-accessible vehicle for anyone who must stay seated in a wheelchair or scooter, available when booked in advance. When the appointment time is open-ended, hourly service avoids a second booking. See medical appointments.
Nights out in Toronto and casinos to the south
Downtown Toronto is about 50 km and 45–60 minutes from Stouffville, and the most common evening booking is a concert or game with the car kept by the hour. Head south instead and the casinos in Pickering and Ajax are 25–35 minutes away; guests must be 19 or older and we provide transportation only. Our Pickering casino and Casino Ajax pages cover timing from the rest of the GTA.
Stouffville black car for business travellers
Stouffville's business parks and the Highway 48 corridor are within a short drive of Markham's technology firms, and many residents commute to offices across the 407 belt. Our corporate car service handles monthly billing, several passengers on one account and recurring airport runs. For a visiting executive, an S-Class-type first-class sedan or a Navigator-class SUV makes a better first impression than a ride-hail car in an unknown colour. A single dispatch desk tracks every trip, and receipts carry the fixed fare you approved.
Local character: Main Street, the Oak Ridges Moraine and Uxbridge trails
Stouffville's Main Street is a strip of cafés, restaurants and small shops, and on summer weekends it is busy enough that pickup notes help: tell us which side of the street and the nearest cross street. North of town, the Oak Ridges Moraine brings rolling farm country, forests and kettle lakes such as Musselman's Lake. Uxbridge, in Durham Region, is known for its trail network, its historic downtown and the heritage railway station. For visitors staying with family, the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville and the Township of Uxbridge publish local event calendars; for flights and hotels elsewhere, our travel desk books those alongside the car.

Winter pickups on rural roads
Concession roads north of Stouffville and around Uxbridge can drift over quickly after a snowfall. Winter tires are fitted on every car from November to April, but for rural addresses we like to know about long driveways, gates and steep lanes. Add a note to the booking ("long gravel driveway, turn at the red barn") and the chauffeur will plan the approach, including whether to meet you at the road. If a storm is forecast before an early flight, the dispatcher may call you the evening before and move the pickup earlier. The fixed fare stays the same.
Why book directly with TorontoBlackLimousine.com
Booking direct means no app, no aggregator commission and one dispatch desk for changes, delays and questions. Our cancellation policy is simple: more than 72 hours before pickup is free; 72 hours or less is 10 %; 48 hours or less is 50 %; 24 hours or less, or a no-show, is 100 %.
