Fares
The fixed fare shown on the reservation engine and on your confirmation includes the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 ETR tolls where used, airport fees and gratuity; HST is added. Fares on this site are planning ranges until confirmed.
Hourly bookings
Hourly bookings run from the scheduled start time to the time the chauffeur is released, with a minimum of 3 hours for sedans, SUVs, vans and Sprinters, 4 hours for stretch limousines and 4-5 hours for party buses. Extra time is charged in 30-minute blocks if the vehicle is available.
Waiting
Airport pickups include 30 minutes from actual landing on Canadian domestic flights and flights from the US, and 60 minutes on all other international flights; other pickups include 15 minutes. Further waiting is charged in 15-minute blocks.
Pickup at airports
The fare includes curbside pickup at the terminal's commercial pickup area. Meet and greet inside the arrivals hall with a name board is an optional add-on.
Cancellations
Measured from the scheduled pickup time: more than 72 hours - no charge; 72 hours or less - 10 %% of the reserved services; 48 hours or less - 50 %%; 24 hours or less, or a no-show - 100 %%. Proms, major holidays and large events may carry a different deadline, stated on the confirmation.
Passengers
Seat belts must be worn; children require an appropriate child restraint, which we supply on request. Smoking and vaping are not permitted. No alcohol may be consumed in any vehicle, including partner limousines and party buses; sealed, unopened purchases may travel in the trunk. Damage or excessive cleaning is charged at cost. The chauffeur may refuse or end a trip where safety is at risk.
Cross-border trips
Every passenger is responsible for carrying valid travel documents for the United States and for entry to Canada. Time lost to border inspection is not a no-show; waiting beyond the included time is charged in 15-minute blocks.
Partner and network fulfilment
Stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce and Maybach, party buses, coaches and trips outside our own service area are fulfilled by vetted partner operators held to our written standard; the confirmation says so.
Liability
We are not liable for missed flights, trains or connections caused by events outside our control, including weather, road closures and border delays, but we will always re-plan the trip with you.
