A corporate limo account with TorontoBlackLimousine.com gives a company one dispatch desk and one monthly invoice for its Toronto ground travel: executive cars for Financial District meetings, hourly chauffeurs for roadshows, transfers to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and Toronto Pearson, and Sprinters for teams. Every trip is booked direct at a fixed fare shown before confirmation, then billed on account.
What does a corporate limo account in Toronto include?
A corporate limo account in Toronto is how companies stop paying for ground travel one receipt at a time. With an account, travellers and their assistants book in the Toronto reservation engine or through dispatch, each trip carries the fixed fare shown before confirmation, and the company receives one invoice with every trip listed. The account covers the whole fleet, from a business sedan for a Pearson run to a First-class Executive Sprinter for a leadership team, and the whole range of work: airport transfers, executive car service in Toronto, hourly chauffeurs, conventions, galas and cross-border trips.
Who uses a corporate car service account?
- Executive assistants booking cars for one or several executives.
- Travel managers who want one supplier, one invoice and a clear record of every trip.
- Investor relations and banking teams running roadshows between towers and hotels.
- Event and conference planners moving speakers, VIPs and delegations.
- HR and recruitment teams collecting candidates and new hires from Pearson.
- Production companies moving cast and crew between hotels, locations and studios.
- Hospitals, universities and law firms bringing in visiting specialists, lecturers and witnesses.
Each group books differently, and the account is set up around the way yours works.
How does billing on account work?
Trips are billed on account rather than to a card at the time of booking, once the account is approved. The invoice lists each trip with the date, traveller, route, vehicle class and the fixed fare, with HST shown separately. On request, trips can carry a cost centre, project code, purchase-order number or client reference, so the invoice can be split without anyone re-typing it. Travellers never handle payment in the car, and gratuity for standard service is already in the fare. Account terms are agreed in writing when the account is opened.
How do Bay Street and Financial District meetings work?
The Financial District is where our corporate day usually starts. A chauffeur collects the executive at home or a hotel, takes them to the first meeting on King or Bay, and waits nearby rather than circling. Between meetings the car becomes the office: calls, email, a change of plan. That is why we recommend an hourly chauffeur for any day with more than two stops: one car and one chauffeur for three hours or the whole day costs less in time and friction than a series of one-way rides. Our Financial District offices page covers the practical side of pickups around the towers.
How are investor roadshows handled?
Roadshows are tight schedules with no slack: six or eight meetings a day across downtown, Midtown and sometimes Mississauga or Markham, with an analyst team that needs to talk between stops. We plan the day from the meeting list, allow realistic times for the Gardiner, the DVP and downtown streets, and keep the same chauffeur all day. For teams of four to seven, the Executive Sprinter or the six-seat First-class Executive Sprinter keeps everyone together. See roadshows and investor meetings for how we build the day.

How far are Toronto's convention venues from downtown and Pearson?
Planning figures for the venues our corporate clients use most. Times are typical; show days and rush hour add to them.
| Venue | From downtown Toronto | From Toronto Pearson (YYZ) |
|---|---|---|
| Metro Toronto Convention Centre | about 1 km, 5-10 min | 27 km, 25-45 min |
| Enercare Centre, Exhibition Place | about 4 km, 10-15 min | about 26 km, 25-40 min |
| Toronto Congress Centre | about 25 km, 25-40 min | about 5 km, 10 min |
| International Centre, Mississauga | about 30 km, 30-45 min | about 5 km, 10 min |
| Financial District towers | about 1 km, 5-10 min | 27 km, 25-45 min |
What about the MTCC and trade shows?
The Metro Toronto Convention Centre sits beside Union Station, so most attendees arrive on foot from downtown hotels. Our work there is the rest: executives and speakers from Pearson, exhibitors with sample cases, VIP dinners after the show floor closes, and a return to the airport timed to the last session. For shows near the airport at the Toronto Congress Centre or the International Centre, a Sprinter loop between the hotels on the airport strip and the venue saves attendees an hour of taxis each day. Our trade show transportation page explains shuttle loops and staffing.
How do Pearson runs work for business travellers?
Every Pearson pickup is tracked, so the chauffeur is timed to the real landing, not the schedule. Waiting starts from touchdown: 30 minutes for Canadian domestic and US flights, 60 minutes for other international arrivals. The fare includes curbside pickup at the pre-arranged pickup area on the arrivals level, which Pearson describes on its pre-arranged services page; meet and greet inside arrivals with a name board is an add-on available at booking and is worth it for first-time visitors. Terminal 1 or Terminal 3: check the booking. More detail is on the Toronto Pearson airport page.
When does Billy Bishop make sense for business trips?
For day trips to Ottawa, Montreal and some US cities, Billy Bishop on the Toronto Island is 3 to 5 km and 10 to 20 minutes from Union Station. Cars meet passengers at the mainland pavilion on Eireann Quay, and the terminal is reached by the pedestrian tunnel or the short ferry. A Bay Street executive can leave the office later and be home sooner; our chauffeurs time the drop-off and the return pickup to the flight.
How do corporate events and galas work?
Galas, award dinners and client evenings need cars that arrive in order and leave when guests are ready. We stage vehicles near the venue, run arrivals to a timed list, and keep chauffeurs on hourly bookings so departures are not a scramble at the door. For VIP guests, the premier luxury SUV and the S-Class are the usual choices; for teams, the Sprinters. See corporate events and galas.
Can you run employee and crew shuttles?
Yes. Sprinter luxury vans and partner coaches run scheduled shuttles for offsites, site tours, film and TV crews, and staff moving between an airport hotel and a venue. A coordinator plans the loop, the timings and the vehicles in writing, and the shuttle is billed on the same account. See employee and crew shuttles.
How are VIP and diplomatic visits handled?
Visiting heads of companies, government delegations and public figures need discretion and precise timing. We work to the protocol officer's schedule, keep passenger names off signs if asked, use alternative pickup points away from front entrances, and assign experienced chauffeurs to the same passengers for the whole visit. The diplomatic and VIP protocol page sets out how.
Which vehicles suit a corporate programme?
- Business sedan or Tesla Model Y for everyday Pearson runs and solo travellers.
- First-class sedan (S-Class) for senior executives who work in the car.
- SUV or premier luxury SUV for two or three travellers with full luggage, and for winter.
- Executive Sprinter or First-class Executive Sprinter for roadshow teams and leadership groups.
- Sprinter luxury van (12) for delegations and crews.
- Partner coaches for conferences, priced in writing.
The full list is on the Toronto limo fleet page.
Can the account cover travel outside Toronto?
Yes. Long-distance trips to Ottawa, Montreal, Kitchener-Waterloo and the Niagara region are booked on the same account, and cross-border trips to Buffalo, Detroit and beyond need valid documents for every passenger; see Canada Border Services Agency guidance. Outside Ontario, the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network books chauffeured cars in more than 70 countries and 500 cities on the same Toronto account, so a travelling executive has one supplier in Toronto, New York and London.
Can the travel desk book flights and hotels for the team?
The travel desk works with BookingWorldwide.net for flights, hotels, resorts and packages. A planner can search hotels near the MTCC or on the airport strip there, then book the cars with us, with both held on one file. The travel bookings themselves are made and managed on BookingWorldwide.net.

What duty of care do you provide?
Companies are responsible for their people on the road, and so are we. The City of Toronto requires limousine owners, service companies and drivers to be licensed, as set out on its vehicle-for-hire licensing page. Our chauffeurs are screened and trained before their first trip, flights are tracked, dispatch knows where each car is, and every vehicle, ours or a partner's, is four model years old or younger. The chauffeurs page explains the standard in full.
Can we set up standing bookings?
Many corporate trips repeat: a weekly board meeting, a Monday Pearson run for a rotating team, an executive commuting from Oakville two days a week. We set these up once as standing bookings, confirm each occurrence the day before and keep the same chauffeur where we can. The cancellation rule applies to each occurrence: more than 72 hours before pickup, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10 % of the fare; 48 hours or less, 50 %; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100 %.
How do we open a corporate account?
Contact dispatch through the contact page with the company name, billing contact and the travellers or assistants who will book. We agree the billing terms, set up traveller profiles with preferences such as vehicle class, meet and greet and preferred routes, and the account is ready. How each fare is built is explained on how our fares work.
What do assistants and travel managers tell us matters most?
Three things come up again and again. First, one number to call: when an executive's flight is diverted or a meeting moves, the assistant wants one dispatcher who already knows the booking. Second, clean paperwork: every trip on the invoice with the traveller, the route and the reference, so month-end takes minutes. Third, the same standard every time, whether the car is a sedan for a junior analyst or a Sprinter for the board. The account is built around those three, and the reservation engine keeps a record of every booking so nothing depends on memory.
