Sprinter van rental in Toronto at TorontoBlackLimousine.com always includes a chauffeur. Choose a 12-seat Sprinter luxury van, a 7-seat Executive Sprinter with lounge seating or a 6-seat First-class Executive Sprinter, one-way or by the hour with a 3-hour minimum. For 20 to 55 people we arrange party buses and coaches on the same file. Book a Sprinter and see your fixed fare before you confirm.
What does Sprinter van rental in Toronto include?
When someone asks for a Sprinter van rental in Toronto, we book a chauffeured Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: the van, a professional chauffeur, fuel, 407 ETR tolls if used, airport pickup fees and gratuity, in one fixed fare with HST shown separately. We do not rent vans for you to drive yourself.
That is deliberate. A loaded passenger van is a different vehicle from a car, especially on the Gardiner in a crosswind, in a downtown loading dock or in the Pearson pickup lanes. Driving passengers for hire, and driving any bus, requires the right licence class and commercial insurance; Ontario's page on getting a bus driver's licence shows how seriously the province treats it. A chauffeured Sprinter removes that risk and gives your group one person who knows where to stop.
For smaller groups, our luxury SUV service in Toronto seats six. This page covers seven and up.
Which Sprinters are in the Toronto fleet?
Three Sprinter classes are on our reservation engine, all our own vehicles:
- Sprinter luxury van, 12 seats: forward-facing seats, overhead space, the workhorse for airport groups, crews and wedding guests.
- Executive Sprinter, 7 seats: lounge seating and a quieter cabin, a boardroom on wheels for roadshows and site visits.
- First-class Executive Sprinter, 6 seats: captain's chairs with work tables, for leadership teams who want to talk and work between stops.
Above 12 people we add vehicles from the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network of vetted partner operators: party buses for 20 or 30 and 55-seat coaches. We say plainly when a vehicle comes from a partner, and one coordinator manages the whole booking.

Charter bus Toronto: when do you need a coach instead of Sprinters?
A charter bus in Toronto makes sense once a group passes about 25 people travelling together to one place. Below that, two or three Sprinters are often more flexible: they fit hotel driveways and downtown streets a coach cannot use, they can split for different pickup points, and if one group finishes early it can leave.
Above about 25 people, a 55-seat coach with luggage bays is simpler: one vehicle, one arrival, the whole group together. Typical coach work includes conference delegates between hotels and the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, sports teams to tournaments, school and university trips, and corporate outings to Niagara.
Coach, party bus and multi-vehicle bookings are priced in writing by a coordinator, because the details matter: stops, waiting, driver hours, parking at the destination. Start the request in the reservation engine and a coordinator follows up.

Airport group transfers with a Sprinter
Group arrivals are where a Sprinter pays for itself. Twelve people arriving at Pearson on the same flight would otherwise need three or four cars, each needing to be found at the curb. One Sprinter tracks the flight, one chauffeur meets the group at the designated pre-arranged pickup area, and everyone leaves together.
Included waiting runs from actual landing: 30 minutes on Canadian domestic and US flights, 60 minutes on other international arrivals, which usually covers baggage and customs for a group. For large groups, add meet and greet inside arrivals at booking so a name board gathers people as they come out. Groups on different flights are better served by hourly booking, so the Sprinter can wait for the second flight. Pearson's transportation and parking page shows the terminal layout.
Sprinter luggage: what actually fits?
This is the question dispatch hears most. A 12-seat Sprinter luxury van carries twelve passengers and luggage, but not unlimited luggage. With every seat filled, plan on one checked case and one small bag per person, with space depending on the van's layout. Oversized items such as golf bags, ski bags, equipment cases, strollers and wheelchairs take the space of two or three cases.
If the group has more than that, three options work: book a second vehicle (an SUV takes four big cases and three people), leave a row free, or send luggage separately in an SUV ahead of the group. Put the exact bag count and anything oversized in the notes. Our blog post on Sprinter van capacity and luggage goes into more detail.
Shuttle service in Toronto for events and weddings
A shuttle service in Toronto is a Sprinter or coach running a loop, not a single trip. Common examples: hotel to wedding venue and back through the evening, a conference hotel to the convention centre every 30 minutes each morning, a staff parking lot to a festival site, or a film crew base to a location.
Shuttles are booked by the hour. The minimum is 3 hours for Sprinters, and most events need more. Tell us the loop, the first and last departure, the expected numbers and whether guests leave in waves. A good shuttle plan keeps a Sprinter at each end at peak times and one looping in between. Our guide to event shuttle service planning and the wedding guest shuttle post show how to size it.
Corporate groups, roadshows and site visits
The Executive Sprinter was built for roadshows: an investor team moving between Bay Street towers, a leadership group touring distribution centres in Mississauga and Vaughan, or visitors from head office seeing three sites in a day. Lounge seating lets people face each other, work tables hold laptops, and the same chauffeur holds the schedule all day.
Book these by the hour: three stops, two meetings that may run long and a lunch are exactly the case where hourly beats a string of one-way fares. With a corporate car service account, trips sit on one file with records for expense reports. The roadshows and investor meetings page covers multi-day itineraries.
Crew and employee shuttles
Film and television productions, construction projects, trade-show build crews and companies with temporary staff all book repeating Sprinter runs: the same pickup at 6 a.m., the same drop at the site, the same return at wrap. The 12-seat van is the usual vehicle; coaches take bigger crews.
What makes crew work run smoothly is a named contact on your side, a call sheet or schedule shared with dispatch, and clear rules on who can change a pickup. Our chauffeurs are used to early starts, unmarked location addresses and late wraps. See employee and crew shuttles and, for productions, film and TV production transport.

Party buses and big nights out
For celebrations, a party bus from our partner network seats 20 or 30 with perimeter seating, lighting and a sound system. Party buses carry a 4 to 5 hour minimum. For smaller groups, a Sprinter is a calmer alternative for a birthday dinner or a concert.
Alcohol is not allowed in our vehicles, party buses from our partner network included, so the drinks wait for the venue, whatever the guests' ages. The party bus rental page covers routes, stops and group behaviour rules, and the concert and game day limo page covers event nights.
Sports teams, schools and tournament travel
Minor hockey teams heading to a tournament in Barrie, a university club travelling to Ottawa, a school trip to Niagara Falls: these groups need seats, gear space and a driver who plans rest stops. A 55-seat coach with under-floor bays handles bags and equipment for a full team; Sprinters suit smaller squads or parents following the bus.
For trips with children, the coordinator will ask for a group leader on board, a passenger list and emergency contacts. For long days, we plan driver hours so the return trip is driven by a rested chauffeur; on very long itineraries that can mean a second driver or an overnight. Coach and multi-vehicle trips are priced in writing by a coordinator.
Wedding guest transportation with Sprinters
Weddings in the GTA and wine country often have guests staying at one hotel and a ceremony or reception somewhere parking is limited: a Caledon estate, a Niagara-on-the-Lake winery, a downtown hall. A 12-seat Sprinter shuttle solves parking and drinking-and-driving problems in one go.
The usual plan is one or two runs before the ceremony, a transfer to the reception if it is separate, and two or three return runs at the end of the night so guests can leave in waves. Book by the hour and share the timeline. The wedding party itself usually rides in a stretch limousine or SUV; see the wedding limo page for coordinated wedding days.
Group day trips to Niagara and wine country
A Sprinter is the natural vehicle for a group day in Niagara: a company outing, a birthday with ten friends, a family reunion that wants to see the Falls. Niagara Falls is about 130 km from downtown, 85 to 110 minutes on the QEW, and Niagara-on-the-Lake about 125 km. Book the Sprinter by the hour for the whole day so it waits at the Falls, drives the Niagara Parkway and stops at wineries on your schedule.
Many wineries ask groups to reserve tastings ahead, and some limit group sizes, so book those before you book the van. Twelve people can usually be seated at one tasting; a coach group often needs two wineries in rotation. Our Niagara Falls limo tours page has sample day plans that work for groups as well as couples.
Long-distance group trips: Ottawa, Montreal and the USA
Sprinters and coaches also handle city-to-city group travel: a team to Ottawa (about 450 km, 4.5 to 5 hours), a company offsite in Montreal (545 km), or a group to a Buffalo Bills game across the border. For long trips, we plan a rest stop every two to three hours and driver hours that keep the return safe.
For US trips every passenger needs valid documents: a passport, or for eligible citizens a NEXUS card, passport card or enhanced driver's licence. Check CBSA and US CBP before travel. Groups may be asked to leave the vehicle at the border for inspection. Our city-to-city car service page covers long-distance routes, and the travel desk can add flights and hotels.
What changes the fare for a Sprinter or charter bus?
We do not print prices on content pages; the reservation engine quotes the exact fixed fare for your trip. What moves it: vehicle class (12-seat van, Executive or First-class Sprinter, coach), one-way versus hourly, distance and time, the number of stops, waiting beyond the included allowance, date and season (graduation week and wedding Saturdays are busy), and overnight costs on long trips.
The fare includes the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, 407 tolls if used, airport fees and gratuity, with HST shown separately. Hourly Sprinter bookings have a 3-hour minimum with extra time in 30-minute blocks. The fares page explains every element.
How to book a Sprinter or group transportation in Toronto
For up to 12 passengers, book directly in the reservation engine: choose the Sprinter class, one-way or hourly, addresses, date, time and notes (passenger count, bag count, flight numbers, group leader's name). The fixed fare shows before you confirm. For party buses, coaches and multi-vehicle plans, start the request in the same engine and a coordinator prices it in writing.
Cancellation is measured from scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10 %; 48 hours or less, 50 %; 24 hours or less or no-show, 100 %. Our full list of Toronto chauffeured services covers every vehicle.
