A party limo in Toronto for a concert or game day is a chauffeured vehicle that takes your group to the venue and brings everyone home: a black SUV or Sprinter, a stretch limousine or a party bus. Rogers Centre and Scotiabank Arena are about 1 km from Union Station and 27 km from Pearson. Book by the hour so the chauffeur waits; see your fixed fare.
What does a party limo in Toronto for a concert or game include?
A concert limo or game day limo in Toronto from TorontoBlackLimousine.com is a private vehicle and a professional chauffeur for your group, usually booked by the hour. The chauffeur picks everyone up, often from several homes, drops you as close to the venue as road closures allow, waits during the event and collects you at an agreed point afterwards.
The value is in the after-show part. When 40,000 people leave Rogers Centre at once, rideshare prices spike, taxis vanish and the streets around Front Street stop moving. Your chauffeur is already there, parked, with a plan to meet you a few blocks away. The fare is fixed before you confirm: no surge, no meter, gratuity included.
We are a transport service only. We have no affiliation with any team, venue or promoter, and we do not sell tickets.
Which Toronto venues do we drive to on event nights?

Limo to Rogers Centre for Blue Jays games and concerts
Rogers Centre sits beside the CN Tower at Front Street and Blue Jays Way. On game nights, Front Street, Bremner Boulevard and the surrounding blocks fill with fans on foot, and police sometimes close lanes before and after. For the ride in, the chauffeur drops you at the nearest workable corner, often a block or two from the gate you need.
After the game, do not ask the chauffeur to meet you at the gate; that is where every car is stuck. Agree a pickup corner a few blocks away, usually north or west of the stadium, and text the chauffeur when you leave your seats. Check the Blue Jays schedule and the ballpark page for gate and bag rules. Our Blue Jays games page and Rogers Centre concerts pickup plan go into detail.
Scotiabank Arena: Leafs, Raptors and arena concerts
Scotiabank Arena is at Bay Street and Lake Shore Boulevard, a short walk from Union Station. It hosts the Maple Leafs, the Raptors and most big indoor concerts. Lake Shore, Bay and the Gardiner ramps are congested on event nights, and the drop-off works best on the north side of the arena or a block away.
For the ride home, the chauffeur waits away from the arena and comes to an agreed point once you text. Walking two or three minutes north or west usually saves twenty minutes in traffic. Our Scotiabank Arena games and concerts page has a full plan, and the arena concerts exit plan covers the post-show crowd.
BMO Field and RBC Amphitheatre (formerly Budweiser Stage) by the lake
BMO Field at Exhibition Place is home to Toronto FC and the Argonauts. RBC Amphitheatre (formerly Budweiser Stage) at Ontario Place is the big summer amphitheatre for outdoor concerts. Both sit off Lake Shore Boulevard West, about 4 km from Union Station, and both empty onto the same few roads.
On nights when both venues are busy, or when the CNE is running in late August, traffic around Exhibition Place is heavy. Build in time for the ride in, and pick a meeting point away from the main gates for the ride out. Our BMO Field games page and RBC Amphitheatre (formerly Budweiser Stage) concerts page describe the local roads and walking routes.
When are Toronto's busiest event nights for limos?
Vehicles sell out first on nights when two things happen at once. The Blue Jays play from spring into autumn, the Leafs and Raptors from autumn into spring, TFC and the Argonauts through the warmer months, and RBC Amphitheatre (formerly Budweiser Stage) runs mostly in summer. Where those seasons overlap, and when a stadium tour lands on a weekend, every SUV and Sprinter in the city is in demand.
Add the big recurring weeks: the CNE from late August to Labour Day, TIFF in September, Pride in June and playoff runs whenever they happen. For these, book as soon as you have tickets. Our events hub lists the main dates to watch, and each event page links the official site for the current schedule.
Which vehicle should your group book?
- Two people: a black sedan. Easy to place at a drop-off corner and quick to find afterwards.
- Three to six: a luxury SUV, the most flexible vehicle on event nights.
- Seven to twelve: a Sprinter, which keeps a group of friends or clients together.
- Up to 18: a stretch limousine from the partner network, 4-hour minimum, for birthdays and big celebrations.
- 20 to 30: a party bus, 4 to 5 hour minimum, priced in writing by a coordinator.
Bigger vehicles take longer to place near venues and may be directed to specific streets on busy nights. A Sprinter or SUV is usually the practical choice right downtown; stretches and party buses shine when the journey itself is part of the night.
Hourly booking: why the chauffeur should wait
For concerts and games, book by the hour. Events run long: extra innings, overtime, encores and the time it takes to leave a stadium. With an hourly booking the chauffeur stays with you from pickup to drop-off, and the fare does not change because the game went to extra innings, as long as you stay within the booked hours. After that, extra time is added in 30-minute blocks.
Sedans, SUVs, vans and Sprinters carry a 3-hour minimum, which covers a pickup, a drop and a short event; a typical concert night is four to six hours door to door. A one-way drop only makes sense if someone else is bringing you home. Our hourly chauffeur service page explains how the clock works.
Pre-game dinners and after-parties
Many event nights are really three stops: dinner, the event and a bar or an after-party. With an hourly booking, the chauffeur takes you to dinner in the Entertainment District, King West or Yorkville, then to the venue, then on to the next place and home, without rebooking or waiting for rides.
Plan dinner close to the venue on game nights; a restaurant 10 minutes away on a quiet evening can be 30 minutes away before a sold-out show. Tell the chauffeur your reservation times in the booking notes. For client entertainment, our VIP event transportation page covers hosted nights with guests arriving from several places.

Buffalo Bills game trips from Toronto
Bills games are among the most popular road trips we run. The Bills play in Orchard Park, south of Buffalo, about 175 km from downtown Toronto: the QEW to Fort Erie, the Peace Bridge into Buffalo, then south. Allow two to two and a half hours of driving plus the border, and leave early on game day because tailgating traffic and border lines build fast.
Everyone needs valid documents: a passport, or for eligible citizens a NEXUS card, passport card or enhanced driver's licence. Check CBSA and US CBP before you go, and check the Buffalo Bills site for stadium rules. A Sprinter or party bus with the chauffeur waiting all day is the usual plan. See Buffalo Bills games and the Bills game day post.
Detroit Lions trips from Toronto
A Lions game is a longer trip: downtown Detroit is about 385 km from Toronto, four to four and three-quarter hours via Highway 401 to Windsor, then the Ambassador Bridge or the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel. Most groups make it an overnight, driving down the day before or staying after the game, and our chauffeur stays over with the vehicle.
Plan rest stops every two to three hours; on a same-day return, we plan driver hours so the drive home is safe, which can mean a second chauffeur. The same border documents apply as for Buffalo. Check the Detroit Lions site for kickoff times and stadium rules. See Detroit Lions games and our Lions trip from Toronto post.
Stadium concerts and festival nights
Stadium concerts at Rogers Centre, big shows at Scotiabank Arena and summer nights at RBC Amphitheatre (formerly Budweiser Stage) bring the heaviest traffic of the year, often on nights when a game or festival is also running. Concert crowds also leave at the same moment, unlike a ball game where some fans drift out early.
For these nights: book early (vehicles sell out for the biggest tours), share the venue and set times in the notes, and agree the pickup corner before you go in. Phone batteries die at concerts; write the chauffeur's number down or save it somewhere other than your phone. Summer festivals such as the Toronto Caribbean Carnival close roads on top of that, so check City of Toronto road closure notices.
Getting home safely: drinking, groups and conduct
A big reason groups book a party limo for a concert or game is that nobody has to drive home. Alcohol is not allowed in our vehicles, including party buses and stretch limousines from partner operators, so the drinking stays at the venue. Nobody under 19 may drink anywhere in Ontario, and nobody of any age drinks on board.
Chauffeurs can refuse to carry anyone who is dangerously intoxicated, and damage or cleaning caused by passengers is charged to the booking. For bachelor and bachelorette nights, see bachelor and bachelorette limo; for birthdays, the birthday limo page. The rules are there so the night ends well for everyone.
Game days for corporate clients and suites
Companies with suites or seat packages at Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre or BMO Field use us to bring clients from the office or a hotel, and home afterwards. A corporate account keeps every trip on one file for expense reporting, and the same chauffeur can handle several pickups before the game.
For hosted nights, send a guest list with pickup addresses and times, name a host who can make changes on the night, and set a latest return time. Executives flying in for a game can be picked up at Pearson and taken straight to the venue. The corporate car service page has account details.
What is included, and what changes the fare?
The reservation engine shows a fixed, all-in fare before you confirm: the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, 407 ETR tolls if used, and gratuity, with HST shown separately. There is no event-night surge; the fare you confirm is the fare you pay, as long as the night stays within the booked hours.
What changes it: vehicle class, number of hours, number of pickup stops, distance (a Bills trip is a different booking from a Leafs game), the date, and overnight stays for long road trips. Tickets, parking at the stadium for your own cars and food are yours. We do not print prices on this page; see how our fares work for the full picture.
How to book a concert or game day limo directly
Book on TorontoBlackLimousine.com. Choose "hourly", pick the vehicle, enter the first pickup address and time, and put everything else in the notes: all pickup addresses, the venue, the start time, any dinner reservation and the latest time you want to be home. The fixed fare appears before you confirm. For party buses, coaches and multi-vehicle nights, start the request in the engine and a coordinator prices it in writing. For trips that include flights or hotels, such as a Lions weekend, our travel desk can add them.
Cancellation is measured from the scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours before, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10 %; 48 hours or less, 50 %; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100 %. See all our Toronto chauffeured services for other nights out.
