A Yorkville limo from TorontoBlackLimousine.com is a pre-booked black sedan, SUV or Sprinter with a professional chauffeur, collecting from hotels, boutiques, condos and homes across Yorkville and Midtown Toronto. Downtown is about 5 km and 10–20 minutes away; Pearson is about 25 km and 25–40 minutes. Book your Yorkville car directly, one way or by the hour.
Yorkville limo service: what a booked car gives you in Midtown Toronto
Yorkville is Toronto's most concentrated few blocks of luxury hotels, flagship shops, galleries and restaurants, and it is where our chauffeurs spend a large part of their evenings. A Yorkville limo booking is simple: you choose the pickup, the destination or the number of hours, and the vehicle, and the reservation engine shows a fixed all-in fare covering chauffeur, car, fuel, 407 ETR tolls if used, airport fees and gratuity, with HST shown separately. The car arrives at the hotel drive, the side street you name or your front door in Rosedale or Forest Hill. Whether you want a limo in Yorkville, Toronto, for a single dinner, a black car to Pearson from a Bloor Street hotel, or a chauffeur who stays with you for a whole afternoon of shopping, the booking works the same way and one dispatch desk looks after it.
Where exactly is Yorkville, and what counts as Midtown?
Yorkville sits just north of Bloor Street between Yonge Street and Avenue Road, with Yorkville Avenue, Cumberland Street, Hazelton Avenue and Scollard Street at its heart. Bloor Street West between Yonge and Avenue Road, often called the Mink Mile, forms its southern edge. Our dispatch desk treats Midtown as the wider belt to the north and west: the Annex, Rosedale and Summerhill, Forest Hill, Deer Park, Yonge and St. Clair, Yonge and Eglinton, Davisville, Leaside and the streets around Casa Loma. All of these share the same practical geography for a chauffeur: close to downtown, a longer run to Pearson than from the west end, and quick access to Avenue Road, Mount Pleasant, the DVP and Allen Road.
How far is Yorkville from downtown and from Pearson?

Yorkville to Pearson: which route does the chauffeur use?
From Yorkville the chauffeur usually heads north on Avenue Road to Highway 401 via the Allen Road or directly, runs west on the 401 and takes the 409 into Pearson. When the 401 is slow at the Allen interchange, the alternative is south to the Gardiner and west to the 427, which also suits addresses closer to Bloor and Spadina. From Rosedale and Leaside, the DVP to the 401 is often quicker. The decision is made on the day from live traffic, not habit, and it never changes the fare you confirmed. Pearson's two passenger terminals are Terminal 1 and Terminal 3; check your booking and tell us which one, because they are a long walk apart. Our Pearson airport limo service page covers what the airport run includes in detail.
Yorkville hotels: pickups from the front drive
Yorkville's hotels are the reason many visitors meet us here in the first place. The Four Seasons Hotel Toronto on Yorkville Avenue, Park Hyatt Toronto at Bloor and Avenue Road, and The Hazelton Hotel (official site) all have front drives or entrances where a chauffeur can stop briefly and load bags; we follow whatever the doorman directs. Our Yorkville hotels guide lists the area's hotels with pickup notes, and our Midtown and uptown hotels page covers the properties further north. For guests who want the full comparison, our luxury hotels in Toronto guide spans the whole city. We are not affiliated with any hotel; we drive their guests and follow their front-door rules.

Shopping in Yorkville with a chauffeur by the hour
Shopping is where the hourly private chauffeur earns its keep in Yorkville. You book a three-hour minimum, the car collects you, and the chauffeur stays nearby while you move between flagship stores on Bloor Street, the boutiques of Yorkville Avenue and Cumberland, and the galleries on Hazelton. Bags go into the locked trunk between stops, so you are never carrying them to lunch. If the afternoon runs long, extra time is added in 30-minute blocks. Many guests add Yorkdale Shopping Centre, about 11 km north, for the stores Yorkville does not have. Our Yorkville and Bloor Street shopping guide maps the area, and our hourly chauffeur service explains minimums and waiting.
Dinner in Yorkville and Midtown: drop-off and pick-up
Yorkville's restaurants run late, and dinner is our busiest Yorkville booking after airport runs. The chauffeur drops you at the restaurant door or the nearest side street, then either waits on an hourly booking or returns at the time you set on a one-way. The streets are narrow and busy after 7 pm, and Bloor Street West has cycle lanes where cars cannot stop, so a pickup on a side street such as Bellair or Scollard is often faster. Our Yorkville restaurants dinner drop-off guide covers practical points. For anniversaries and proposals, a first-class sedan or a premier luxury SUV makes the evening; see our date night and proposals page.
Museums, Casa Loma and culture in Midtown
The Royal Ontario Museum stands at Bloor Street and Queen's Park, a short walk from Yorkville (ROM official site), and our ROM car service page covers drop-off. The Gardiner Museum sits across Queen's Park, and Koerner Hall at the Royal Conservatory is a few doors west on Bloor. About 2 km north-west, Casa Loma is a castle on the hill above Davenport Road, popular for weddings, tours and evening events (official site); see our Casa Loma limo page. Further east, Evergreen Brick Works in the Don Valley hosts markets and events. A four-hour hourly booking comfortably links two of these with lunch in Yorkville.
TIFF, NXNE and events in Yorkville
Yorkville has long been part of the festival circuit. During TIFF, usually in September, Yorkville's hotels and restaurants fill with guests and parties, and cars queue on Yorkville Avenue in the evenings; our TIFF car service page explains how we plan pickups around screenings, and the NXNE and Yorkville events page covers music week and the neighbourhood's summer festivals. Event dates change each year, so check the official sites before you book. For festival nights, we recommend an hourly booking with a named pickup corner rather than a one-way car; the chauffeur can move when streets close and message you the new spot.
Hospitals, universities and appointments in Midtown
Midtown and the edge of downtown hold some of the city's largest hospitals and campuses. Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre is on Bayview Avenue, the University Avenue hospitals are just south of Queen's Park, and the University of Toronto's St. George campus borders the Annex (University of Toronto). Our university and hospital campuses page covers entrances and drop-off, and our medical appointments service explains how a chauffeur can wait during a procedure and drive a patient home afterwards. We fold and stow wheelchairs and walkers for passengers who can transfer to a seat; we have a wheelchair-accessible vehicle for anyone who must stay seated in a wheelchair or scooter, available when booked in advance.
Which vehicle suits a Yorkville booking?
- First-class sedan (Mercedes S-Class): the natural choice for a dinner, a gallery opening or a VIP arrival at a Yorkville hotel; two passengers.
- Business sedan: efficient for a Pearson run with two passengers and two bags.
- Premier luxury SUV: up to six passengers and four bags, the best winter vehicle and a favourite for shopping days.
- First-class executive Sprinter: six captain's chairs for a family or a small team.
- Rolls-Royce and exotic cars: arranged on request through the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network; see our Rolls-Royce chauffeur page.
Midtown neighbourhoods we collect from
Beyond Yorkville itself, the dispatch desk regularly collects from:
- Rosedale and Summerhill: winding streets and ravines where a house number and a note about the driveway help.
- Forest Hill and Deer Park: quiet residential streets and schools; morning runs to Pearson are common.
- The Annex: Victorian homes and student streets near the university, with Bloor Street shops to the south.
- Yonge and St. Clair, Yonge and Eglinton, Davisville: condo towers and offices along the Yonge subway line.
- Leaside: family homes east of Bayview, close to the DVP for quick airport and cottage runs.
Wherever you are, give the entrance and any gate or concierge details, and the chauffeur texts when outside.
TTC, UP Express or a car from Yorkville to the airport?
Yorkville is well served by the subway: Bay, Bloor-Yonge and St. George stations are all close (TTC). A solo traveller can ride to Union and take the UP Express to Terminal 1, or take the subway to Kipling and connect to an airport bus, and both are sensible budget choices. The trade-off is time and effort with luggage: the Union route involves a subway transfer and a walk through the station, and neither helps if you are flying from Terminal 3 or leaving at 4 am. A booked car from a Yorkville hotel or a Midtown home is door to door, with the fare fixed in advance. Our UP Express vs limo guide compares the options honestly.
Arriving at Pearson for a Yorkville hotel
For arrivals, the flight is tracked and included waiting is 30 minutes on Canadian domestic and US flights and 60 minutes on other international arrivals, from actual landing. Pre-booked cars meet passengers at Pearson's designated pickup area on the arrivals-level curb; tell the pickup-area dispatcher you have a pre-arranged ride, as the airport explains on its own site (Toronto Pearson). Meet & greet inside the terminal with a name board is an optional add-on, available at booking. Guests often ask for a short stop on the way, a pharmacy or a grocery store near the hotel; add it when you book and the fare updates before you confirm.

Beyond Midtown: Niagara, wine country and cottage runs
Yorkville guests often want to see more than the city. A chauffeured day to Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake is about 130–135 km each way; our Niagara Falls limo tours run as hourly bookings so you choose the stops. Muskoka cottage runs leave from Rosedale and Leaside on Friday afternoons in summer. Business travellers heading to the United States can book a cross-border limo; every passenger needs a valid passport or eligible document. If the next leg involves flights or a hotel elsewhere, our travel desk can help plan it.
