Where we drive

From downtown Toronto, every day: typical distance and drive time, fixed fare before you book. All routes →

TorontoBlackLimousine.com runs a pre-booked Pearson to Mississauga hotel car service to any hotel in the city: the airport strip, Square One and City Centre, Meadowvale, Heartland and Port Credit. Most Mississauga hotels are 5 to 22 km and 5 to 35 minutes from Pearson, and about 30 km and 30 to 45 minutes from downtown Toronto. Book your Mississauga hotel car and see the fixed fare first.

Pearson to Mississauga hotel car service: how the transfer works

Toronto Pearson sits inside Mississauga's city limits, so a Mississauga hotel is usually the shortest airport transfer in the whole Greater Toronto Area. That is exactly why people underestimate it. The drive is short, but the wait at a taxi rank after a long-haul flight is not, and the hotel shuttle runs on its own clock, not yours. A pre-booked black car closes that gap: your flight is tracked, the chauffeur is timed to the moment you clear customs, and the car takes you straight to the front drive of your hotel.

You enter the flight number, the hotel name or street address, how many people and bags, and the vehicle class in our reservation engine. It shows the fixed, all-in fare before you confirm.

Which Mississauga hotels do we pick up from?

Any hotel with a street address in Mississauga. We checked the following on each hotel's own official website on 30 September 2026, and name them only as addresses we drive to; TorontoBlackLimousine.com has no partnership with any hotel and guests book us directly.

  • Alt Hotel Toronto Airport, on Viscount Road beside the airport. The hotel's own site says it is linked to the terminals and the economy car park by the airport's free LINK train, which makes it a common overnight stop before an early flight.
  • The Waterside Inn, a boutique hotel in Port Credit on the lakeshore.
  • Monte Carlo Inn Airport Suites, which describes itself as near Toronto Pearson.

Many other Mississauga hotels belong to large chains whose sites could not be checked automatically, so we do not list them here. It makes no difference to the booking: type the hotel's address and the reservation engine prices the trip the same way.

How far is each Mississauga hotel area from Pearson and downtown Toronto?

Mississauga is big, and the hotel clusters are spread across it. These are dispatcher planning figures for a weekday outside the rush; the reservation engine quotes the exact fixed fare for your address, date, time and vehicle.

Between the Airport Corporate Centre and Square One the drive is usually 15 to 20 minutes on Highway 403 or Eglinton Avenue. Port Credit is the one area closer to downtown Toronto than to Pearson, because the Gardiner and the QEW run straight along the lake.

Is a Mississauga hotel airport shuttle enough, or should you book a car?

"Mississauga hotel airport shuttle" is one of the most common searches we see, and for a solo traveller with a carry-on and no deadline, a free shuttle can be perfectly fine. The trade-offs show up quickly, though. A hotel shuttle leaves on its own timetable, usually loops through both terminals and sometimes other hotels, and may not run at the hour your flight lands or departs. The driver cannot wait while immigration is slow.

A private car is the better choice when you land late or leave very early, when you have a family, a colleague or four suitcases, when you need to get to a meeting in Meadowvale rather than the hotel, or when you are arriving at Terminal 3 and the shuttle stop is a long walk away. It also carries the same fixed fare whether the flight is on time or two hours late, because we track it and schedule the pickup from the actual landing.

What does the fare from Pearson to a Mississauga hotel include?

We do not publish price lists; the reservation engine shows the exact fixed fare for your trip before you confirm. That fare covers the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, 407 ETR tolls if the route uses the toll road, airport fees and gratuity, with HST shown separately. There is no meter and no surge, even on a Friday afternoon or a snowy night.

What changes the fare: the vehicle class, the distance and time, extra stops, waiting beyond the included allowance, and the date and season. Included waiting is 30 minutes from actual landing on Canadian domestic and US flights, 60 minutes on other international arrivals, and 15 minutes on a hotel pickup, then 15-minute blocks. For a longer day, the hourly chauffeur service starts at a 3-hour minimum. Our page on how our fares work explains the rest.

Where does the chauffeur meet you at Pearson Terminal 1 or Terminal 3?

Check your booking for the terminal: Pearson runs Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, and which one you use depends on the airline. The standard fare includes curbside pickup at the terminal's designated area for pre-arranged cars on the arrivals level. Pearson's own pre-arranged pickup page explains the process: you tell the pickup-area dispatcher that you are waiting for a pre-arranged ride, and the chauffeur pulls up to the curb.

If you would rather be met inside arrivals with a name board, meet & greet is an optional add-on, available at booking. It suits first-time visitors, elderly relatives travelling alone and executives who want to walk out with someone carrying the bags. Either way, the chauffeur messages when the flight is down and confirms the meeting point. Our Pearson terminal pickup guide walks through both terminals in detail.

Lobby pickups: how a Mississauga hotel departure works

For the ride back to the airport or on to a meeting, the chauffeur arrives at the hotel's front drive a few minutes before the booked time and messages you on arrival. Allow for a quick checkout: 15 minutes of waiting is included on hotel pickups before 15-minute blocks begin. The chauffeur loads the bags, confirms the terminal and the airline, and checks traffic on the 401 and 427 before leaving.

For a Pearson departure from a Mississauga hotel, we usually suggest leaving 2.5 to 3 hours before an international flight and 2 hours before a domestic one, adjusted for the time of day. The drive is short; the security and bag-drop queues are not. If a colleague is joining from another hotel, add them as a stop when you book so the chauffeur plans the order of pickups.

When should you keep a chauffeur by the hour in Mississauga?

The hourly chauffeur is our lead product, and Mississauga is a city where it earns its keep. Offices are spread across Meadowvale, Heartland, the Airport Corporate Centre and Hurontario, and a day of meetings can mean four or five short drives with waits in between. Booking each as a separate transfer means five waits at the curb. Keeping one car and one chauffeur for the day means the car is at the door when you walk out.

Hourly service also suits a site visit to a warehouse in the Gateway area, a round of client lunches, a hospital appointment at Credit Valley or Trillium followed by a pharmacy stop, or an evening with dinner and a show that may run late. The minimum is 3 hours for sedans, SUVs, vans and Sprinters, with extra time in 30-minute blocks. See private chauffeur service for how an as-directed day works.

Trade shows at the International Centre and Toronto Congress Centre

Two of the region's busiest exhibition halls sit next to Pearson: the International Centre on Airport Road in Mississauga and the Toronto Congress Centre on Dixon Road in Etobicoke. Both are about 5 km from the airport. Delegates who book a Mississauga hotel often expect to walk or take a shuttle, then discover that show traffic, parking-lot queues and winter weather turn a short hop into a slog.

For exhibitors, a Sprinter morning run from the hotel to the hall with a stop for display cases and the same run back after tear-down saves the team a car rental and a parking bill. For executives, an hourly car covers the show floor, a client lunch and the airport in one booking. Check the International Centre's event calendar for dates, and our trade show transportation page for group options.

Square One, City Centre and Celebration Square evenings

The towers around Square One and Mississauga Celebration Square hold a growing cluster of hotels and condo-hotels, and the area is busy most evenings with shopping, restaurants and outdoor events. Guests staying here often want an easy night out without driving: dinner at a restaurant on the lakeshore, a concert at the Living Arts Centre, or a trip to the shops at Square One.

A one-way drop and a timed pickup works for a simple dinner. For a birthday or anniversary with two or three stops, an hourly booking is simpler and keeps the car nearby. From the City Centre to Port Credit is about 8 km and 15 to 20 minutes down Hurontario; to downtown Toronto for a Leafs or Raptors game at Scotiabank Arena, allow 35 to 50 minutes. Our Square One and Mississauga shopping page covers the mall itself.

Port Credit and the lakeshore: waterfront hotel stays

Port Credit is Mississauga's old harbour village, with a marina, a lighthouse and a main street of restaurants along Lakeshore Road. The Waterside Inn is the best-known hotel address here, and the area is popular for weddings, milestone weekends and business guests who would rather wake up by the lake than beside an off-ramp.

From Port Credit, downtown Toronto is about 22 km and 25 to 40 minutes along the QEW and the Gardiner, and Pearson is about 22 km and 20 to 35 minutes north via Hurontario or Mavis to the 401 and 427. For a wedding party, a Sprinter luxury van carries up to 12 guests between the hotel, the ceremony and the reception, and the GO station in Port Credit makes it easy for guests arriving by train. Our wedding limo service covers timing and vehicle choice.

Meadowvale, Heartland and the Highway 401 business parks

The west and north of Mississauga are business country: the Meadowvale corporate campuses, the Heartland Town Centre retail strip off the 401 and Mavis, and warehouse districts that stretch towards Brampton and Milton. Hotels here are built for weekday visitors, and the challenge is that they sit a long way from everything else on a map.

A car from Meadowvale to a downtown Toronto office is about 40 km and 35 to 50 minutes outside the rush and can double at 8 a.m. We route along the 401 or the 403 and the QEW depending on live traffic from Ontario 511. For a visiting team with meetings split between Meadowvale and the Financial District, an executive Sprinter by the hour lets everyone work on the way.

Which vehicle suits a Mississauga hotel transfer?

Match the vehicle to people and luggage, not just head count. Most solo travellers and couples take a business sedan with room for two passengers and two bags; if you count emissions, the Tesla Model Y is the electric option in the same class. For a senior executive, the first-class sedan is a Mercedes-Benz S-Class or equivalent.

Families and small teams need the SUV, a Yukon XL or Suburban with six seats and room for four large bags. For seven travellers or a sales team with sample cases, book the executive Sprinter. Groups of up to 12, such as a wedding party or a conference delegation, fit the Sprinter luxury van. Stretch limousines, party buses and coaches come from vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, booked on the same account.

Early flights, late arrivals and winter on the 401 and 403

A 6 a.m. departure from Pearson means a hotel pickup around 3:30 to 4 a.m., and that is when hotel shuttles and taxi ranks are thinnest. We dispatch around the clock, so an early pickup is as routine as a noon one. For late-night arrivals, the chauffeur tracks the flight and waits at the pre-arranged area even if the plane lands after midnight.

Winter changes the planning figures more than distance does. Lake-effect snow and freezing rain can slow the 401 and 427 to a crawl, and the collector lanes near the airport back up when a single truck spins out. All our cars run winter tires from November to April. On a storm day we add buffer to departures automatically and message you if we recommend leaving earlier. Environment Canada forecasts on weather.gc.ca are worth a glance the night before.

Families, child seats, accessibility and luggage

Travelling with children, add child seats when you book: infant, convertible and booster seats are available at booking, fitted by the chauffeur before pickup. Tell us the children's ages and we bring the right seat. For a family of five with a stroller and suitcases, the SUV or a Sprinter is the comfortable choice; a sedan will not take the luggage.

We have a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, available when booked in advance. For passengers who can transfer to a seat, the chauffeur folds and stows a wheelchair or walker. Tell us about the wheelchair or scooter at booking so that vehicle is reserved. Oversized items, such as golf bags, skis or musical instruments, should be listed in the booking notes so the vehicle has the space.

Booking the hotel and the car together through the travel desk

If you have not booked the room yet, our travel desk works with BookingWorldwide.net for flights, hotels and packages, so the room, the flight and the chauffeur can sit on one itinerary. That is useful for companies moving several staff to a Mississauga show, or families flying in for a wedding and staying near the airport.

Book the car directly on TorontoBlackLimousine.com through our reservation engine, not through a marketplace. You deal with one dispatch desk in Toronto, the fare is fixed before you confirm, and no aggregator adds a commission on top. Official visitor information for the city is on Tourism Mississauga and the City of Mississauga sites. For airport-strip hotels on the Toronto side of the border, see our Airport Corporate Centre and Etobicoke hotels page and the Pearson airport hotels page.

Changes, cancellations and delays

Flight changes are part of airport work. If your flight is rescheduled, update the booking or message dispatch with the new flight number and we move the pickup; flight tracking handles ordinary delays automatically. For a hotel pickup that moves, tell us as early as you can.

Our cancellation policy is measured from the scheduled pickup time: more than 72 hours before, there is no charge; 72 hours or less, 10 %; 48 hours or less, 50 %; 24 hours or less, or a no-show, 100 %. For multi-vehicle group bookings, a coordinator confirms the terms in writing. If you are unsure whether to book one-way transfers or a chauffeur by the hour, our guide to hourly versus point-to-point sets out the difference with examples.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How far is Pearson Airport from Mississauga hotels?

It depends on the area. Airport-strip hotels on Viscount Road and in the Airport Corporate Centre are about 5 km and 5 to 15 minutes from the terminals. Square One and Heartland hotels are about 15 km and 15 to 25 minutes away, Meadowvale about 20 km, and Port Credit about 22 km and 20 to 35 minutes. These are planning figures for a weekday outside the rush.

Do Mississauga hotels have airport shuttles?

Some do, and a few airport-area hotels are also linked to the terminals by Pearson's LINK train. Shuttles run on the hotel's timetable, make several stops and may not operate at the hour you land or leave. A pre-booked car is timed to your flight, goes straight to your hotel door and keeps the same fixed fare if the flight is delayed.

How much is a car from Pearson to a Mississauga hotel?

We do not publish price lists. Enter your flight, hotel address and vehicle in the reservation engine at /book/ and it shows the fixed, all-in fare before you confirm. The fare covers the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, any 407 tolls, airport fees and gratuity, with HST shown separately. It changes with vehicle class, distance, time, extra stops and waiting beyond the included allowance.

Where do I meet my driver at Toronto Pearson?

The standard fare includes curbside pickup at the terminal's designated area for pre-arranged cars on the arrivals level of Terminal 1 or Terminal 3. You tell the pickup-area dispatcher you are waiting for a pre-arranged ride and your chauffeur pulls up. Meet and greet inside arrivals with a name board is an optional add-on, available at booking.

Can I book a car from a Mississauga hotel to downtown Toronto for the evening?

Yes. For a single dinner, a drop-off and a timed return pickup usually works. For a game, a concert or a night with several stops, book the chauffeur by the hour so the car waits nearby. The hourly minimum is 3 hours for sedans, SUVs, vans and Sprinters. Square One to Union Station is about 30 km and 30 to 45 minutes outside the rush.

Is a car better than the UP Express from a Mississauga hotel?

The UP Express runs between Pearson Terminal 1 and Union Station, so it does not serve Mississauga hotels directly. From a Mississauga hotel, you would still need a shuttle, taxi or car to reach the terminal. A private car goes door to door, works for either terminal and carries a family's luggage, which is why most Mississauga guests choose it.

Can I keep the same chauffeur for a trade show at the International Centre?

Yes. Book an hourly chauffeur for the day and the car runs you from the hotel to the International Centre, waits, takes you to lunch or a client meeting and brings you back for the evening. For exhibitor teams, an executive Sprinter carries up to seven people with cases. Group and multi-vehicle bookings can be confirmed in writing by a coordinator.

Why TorontoBlackLimousine.com

02

A fixed fare, booked direct

The engine prices the exact address, date and vehicle before you confirm - 407 ETR tolls when used, airport fees and gratuity included. No surge after a Leafs game, no meter on the Gardiner, and no aggregator taking a cut.

Chauffeurs who read Toronto traffic

Licensed for passengers for hire, screened and suited; routes chosen on live traffic across the Gardiner, the DVP, the 401 collectors and express lanes, the 427, the 407 ETR and the QEW - and around the lane closures and game-day crowds downtown.

05

Airports, Union Station, jets and the border

Pearson, Billy Bishop, Hamilton, Waterloo, Buffalo, Niagara Falls NY and Detroit; Union Station and the GO and VIA stations; private aviation; and cross-border trips over the Peace Bridge, Rainbow Bridge, Lewiston-Queenston or into Detroit.

06

A desk that answers

Dispatch staffed around the clock by phone, chat and WhatsApp; a coordinator for weddings, proms, party buses, delegations, trade shows and corporate accounts.
