TorontoBlackLimousine.com picks up at hotels near Pearson Airport, including the Sheraton Gateway (linked to Terminal 3), Alt Hotel Toronto Airport and the hotels along Dixon Road, Airport Road and the Airport Corporate Centre. Most are 3–8 km from Terminals 1 and 3, typically 5–15 minutes, and about 27 km from downtown Toronto (25–45 minutes). Book your Pearson airport hotel car and see the fixed fare first.
Hotels near Pearson Airport: when a black car beats the shuttle
Pearson airport hotels fill with three kinds of guest: travellers with an early flight who want to sleep close to the terminal, passengers on an overnight connection, and business visitors with meetings in the offices around the airport. Many airport hotels run their own complimentary shuttles on schedules they set, so a car is not always necessary for the short hop to the terminal. It becomes the better choice when the shuttle does not run early enough, when a family has too many bags for a shared van, when you are heading downtown, to a venue or to another city, or when you want the same chauffeur for a day of meetings. You book in our reservation engine with the hotel's name, choose a vehicle, and see a fixed, all-in fare before confirming.
Pearson airport hotels we pick up from
We pick up at every hotel in the airport area as an address; there is no partnership with any hotel. These two were checked on their own sites or brand booking pages on 30 September 2026:
- Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Toronto International Airport, inside the airport and connected to Terminal 3 by an indoor walkway.
- Alt Hotel Toronto Airport, 6080 Viscount Road, on the airport lands (hotel site).
The larger group of hotels in the Airport Corporate Centre, on Dixon Road and along Airport Road and American Drive is covered on our Airport Corporate Centre hotels page, and Mississauga hotels farther away are on the Mississauga hotels page. Any airport hotel can be booked by typing its address.
How far are the airport hotels from the terminals and downtown?
Dispatcher planning figures for a typical airport-strip hotel on a weekday outside the rush:
| From a Pearson airport hotel to | Distance | Typical drive |
|---|---|---|
| Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 departures | 3–8 km | 5–15 min |
| Downtown Toronto (Union Station) | about 27 km | 25–45 min |
| Toronto Congress Centre | about 8 km | 10–15 min |
| International Centre, Mississauga | about 5 km | 8–12 min |
| Square One, Mississauga | about 15 km | 15–25 min |
| Yorkdale Shopping Centre | about 17 km | 15–25 min |
| Vaughan (Vaughan Mills) | about 25 km | 20–35 min |
| Niagara Falls | about 125 km | 80–105 min |
The terminal times assume an off-peak hour. The airport's roads are busiest in the early morning banks of departures and the mid-afternoon wave of international arrivals, and the dispatcher adds a few minutes accordingly.
Hotels near Toronto airport with a shuttle: what to check first
The search for hotels near Toronto airport with a shuttle is usually a search for a cheap, reliable ride to the terminal. Before booking a room for the shuttle, ask the hotel three things: when the first shuttle leaves, whether it goes to both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, and whether it needs a reservation. Hotel shuttles are often excellent for a solo traveller with a carry-on at a normal hour. They are less useful at 4 a.m., in a snowstorm, with car seats and five suitcases, or when the van fills. That is where a booked car earns its place: it waits for you at the hotel entrance at the time you choose.
Toronto airport hotels with a shuttle versus the Terminal Link train
Toronto Pearson runs the Terminal Link train between Terminal 1, Terminal 3 and Viscount station, and some nearby hotels use Viscount as their connection point. Guests at the Sheraton Gateway can walk to Terminal 3 indoors. Check the current service on Toronto Pearson's transportation page. For those hotels, a car is mainly for trips away from the airport rather than to the terminal. For hotels farther out on Dixon Road, American Drive or in the Airport Corporate Centre, the hotel's own shuttle or a booked car is the realistic choice, and the difference comes down to timing, luggage and where you are going next.

Early flights from an airport hotel
Airport hotels are popular because the first departures from Pearson leave early. If your flight is at 6 a.m., a car booked for the right time removes any doubt about when the first shuttle runs. For a domestic or US flight, we usually suggest arriving at the terminal about two hours before departure, and about three hours for an international one. From an airport hotel that often means a pickup only 15 to 20 minutes before you want to be at the door. The chauffeur will already be at the entrance when you come down.
Overnight connections and delayed flights
When a connection misconnects or a flight is cancelled late, passengers often end up at an airport hotel for one night. A car the next morning takes you back to the right terminal on time. If you would rather spend the night downtown or with family in the GTA, we can take you there and bring you back. For airlines, crews and travel managers, we also move stranded groups in Sprinters and coaches from our partner network.
Meetings near the airport: an hourly chauffeur
The offices, warehouses and business parks around Pearson are spread across Mississauga, Etobicoke and Brampton, and they are hard to reach without a car. A visitor staying at an airport hotel with three meetings in a day is the perfect case for our hourly chauffeur service: from a 3-hour minimum, the same car waits at each site and returns you to the hotel or the terminal at the end, with extra time in 30-minute blocks. See our corporate car service for company accounts and invoicing.
Trade shows near Pearson
The Toronto Congress Centre and the International Centre in Mississauga host many of the region's large trade shows, and exhibitors often stay at airport hotels to be close. We run hotel-to-show transfers and short shuttles for exhibitor teams. See our Toronto Congress Centre, International Centre and Pearson Convention Centre pages, and check show floor hours on the International Centre site.
From an airport hotel to downtown Toronto
Many travellers land late, sleep at the airport and head downtown in the morning. Downtown is about 27 km away, 25 to 45 minutes by car depending on the hour; the morning rush inbound on the Gardiner and 427 can push the drive toward 45 minutes or more. A car drops you at your downtown hotel, office or Union Station. The alternative, for light travellers, is the UP Express from Terminal 1, which takes about 28 minutes to Union. See our UP Express vs limo guide.
What the fare includes
We do not publish prices. The reservation engine shows the fixed, all-in fare before you confirm: chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 ETR tolls if used, airport fees and gratuity, with HST shown separately. It depends on vehicle class, distance and time, extra stops, waiting beyond the included allowance and the date and time. See how our fares work and check the exact fare for your hotel.
Arriving at Pearson and going to an airport hotel
If you arrive and want a car to a hotel near the airport rather than the hotel shuttle, the chauffeur tracks your flight and meets you curbside at the terminal's designated pre-arranged pickup area on the arrivals level, as Toronto Pearson describes. Meet and greet inside arrivals with a name board is an optional add-on. Waiting from actual landing is included: 30 minutes for Canadian domestic and US flights, 60 minutes for other international arrivals. Our Pearson terminal pickup guide explains the arrivals levels.

Families, groups and accessibility
For families, child seats (infant, convertible or booster) are available at booking, and an SUV takes six passengers and four large bags. Groups of up to 12 fit a Sprinter luxury van. We have a wheelchair-accessible vehicle for anyone who must stay seated in a wheelchair or scooter, available when booked in advance; chauffeurs fold and stow wheelchairs and walkers for passengers who can transfer to a seat.
Vehicles for airport hotel pickups
| Vehicle | Seats / bags | Suits |
|---|---|---|
| Business sedan | 2 / 2 | Early flights, single travellers |
| Tesla Model Y | 2 / 2 | Low-emission business trips |
| SUV | 6 / 4 | Families and heavy luggage |
| Executive Sprinter | 7 / 7 | Teams heading to meetings |
| Sprinter luxury van | 12 / 12 | Crews, stranded groups |
Winter mornings at the airport hotels
Snow, freezing rain and de-icing delays are part of a Pearson winter. On storm mornings, hotel shuttles fill quickly and taxi lines at the hotel door get long, while the roads between the hotels and the terminals slow down. Our cars run winter tires from November to April, and the dispatcher watches the forecast on Environment Canada and moves pickups earlier when needed. If your flight is delayed, message the dispatcher: the car can wait at the hotel rather than at the curb, so you stay in the lobby until the airline gives a new time.
Dinner and an evening out from an airport hotel
Airport hotels are practical but quiet in the evening. Guests with a free night often go downtown for a Blue Jays or Leafs game, a show on King Street or dinner in Yorkville or the Distillery District, and come back to sleep near the terminal. That is an easy hourly booking: the chauffeur collects you at the hotel, waits during dinner and the event, and returns you before a reasonable hour for the morning flight. A shorter option is Square One or the restaurants in Mississauga, about 15 km away.
Planning the stay
Our travel desk works with BookingWorldwide.net to book a Pearson airport hotel, the onward flight and the chauffeured transfers together, which is useful for connections and crews. You can also book the car on its own.
Cancellation and changes
Cancelling more than 72 hours before pickup is free; 72 hours or less is 10 %, 48 hours or less is 50 %, and 24 hours or less or a no-show is 100 %, measured from the scheduled pickup. If your flight moves, tell the dispatcher and the pickup moves with it. See also our Toronto Pearson airport page, the Financial District hotels page and the hotels index.
