The Pearson Convention Centre is at 2638 Steeles Avenue East at Airport Road in Brampton. It is about 12 km from Toronto Pearson's terminals (15–25 minutes) and about 35 km from downtown Toronto (35–55 minutes). TorontoBlackLimousine.com runs airport transfers, wedding cars and hourly chauffeurs to the venue. Book your Pearson Convention Centre car and see the fixed fare before you confirm.
Pearson Convention Centre: where it is and what it hosts
The Pearson Convention Centre sits at 2638 Steeles Avenue East, at the corner of Airport Road, on the southern edge of Brampton and close to the boundary with Mississauga. Despite the name, it is not part of the airport; it is a privately run banquet and conference complex a short drive north of the terminals. Listings describe ten meeting and banquet halls and capacity for events of up to around 2,000 guests, so it hosts large weddings, multi-day cultural celebrations, community galas, award nights, trade events and corporate conferences. Room names, capacities and on-site parking arrangements are set by the venue, so check directly with them for your event. For our chauffeurs, the location is the main advantage: it is quick from Pearson and from the Highway 410 and 427 corridors.
How does a Pearson Convention Centre pickup work?
Enter your pickup address, date and event time in our reservation engine and choose a vehicle. You see the fixed, all-in fare, which includes the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 ETR tolls if we use them, airport fees and gratuity, with HST shown separately, before you confirm. The chauffeur arrives early and texts on arrival. At the venue we drop at the main entrance used for your hall, or wherever the event staff direct traffic on busy nights. For the return, text when you are ready, or keep the car hourly so the chauffeur stays on site. There is no app, no aggregator and no meter.

Why is it so popular with travellers flying in?
Many guests at big weddings and community celebrations fly in from across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, India and elsewhere. The venue's closeness to Pearson means an arrival can be at the hotel in under half an hour and at the hall the same evening. Book with the flight number so we track the arrival. Included waiting is 30 minutes after actual landing for Canadian domestic and US flights and 60 minutes for other international arrivals. The fare covers curbside pickup in the pre-arranged area on the arrivals level, explained on the Pearson pre-arranged services page; meet and greet inside the terminal with a name board can be added at booking. Families arriving with several suitcases often book an SUV or Sprinter.

Weddings at the Pearson Convention Centre: the transport plan
Weddings here are often large and run across several days, with events at homes, places of worship and the hall. A common plan uses one hourly car for the couple, a second for close family, and Sprinter or coach shuttles moving guests between hotels and the venue. A baraat or a grand entrance may need a specific arrival time, so tell us the schedule and we time the car to the minute. Stretch limousines, party buses and coaches come from vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network and are priced in writing by a coordinator. Our wedding limo service page covers decorations, timing and photo stops.
Why an hourly chauffeur suits events at this venue
Large celebrations rarely end on schedule. With our hourly chauffeur service in Toronto, one car and one chauffeur stay with you for at least three hours, with extra time in 30-minute blocks, so you leave when the party does. Hourly also covers the day around the event: collecting grandparents from Etobicoke, picking up flowers or outfits, a photo stop at a park, the reception, and drop-offs at several homes across Peel afterwards. For conferences, hourly lets an executive move between the venue, a client lunch near the airport and a late flight without booking separate trips.
Which vehicles suit wedding parties and delegations?
One or two guests travel comfortably in a business sedan or a first-class sedan. Up to six fit in a Yukon XL or Suburban, or a premier luxury SUV such as a Navigator or Escalade, a favourite for couples. Seven can share an executive Sprinter; twelve travel in a Sprinter luxury van. For guest shuttles, party buses of 20 to 30 seats and 55-seat coaches come from vetted partners. Our Sprinter group transportation page explains how we run hotel-to-venue loops for big weddings.
Is there parking at the Pearson Convention Centre?
Event listings describe on-site parking, but on busy weekends with several weddings in different halls the lots fill and exits slow down at the end of the night. Confirm parking details with the venue for your date. A chauffeur avoids the lot entirely: you are dropped at the entrance and collected there. That matters most at celebrations where guests drink, and for older relatives who would struggle with a long walk across a car park in winter. Transit options exist through Brampton Transit and nearby GO stations, but for guests in formal wear, families and late finishes, a car is simpler.
Corporate conferences and airport-area meetings
Because it sits near Pearson and the airport business district, the venue also hosts conferences, sales kick-offs and training days. Delegates fly in, stay at airport hotels and need short transfers. Our corporate car service handles central billing and manifests, and trade show transportation explains shuttle loops. The corporate events and galas page covers awards dinners, and nearby rooms are listed on our Pearson airport hotels, airport corporate centre hotels and Brampton hotels pages. The travel desk can book hotels and flights for out-of-town guests.
Timing around Highway 410, 427 and Steeles traffic
The venue sits near some of the busiest truck routes in Canada. Highway 401 through the airport area, the 410 and the 427 are congested in weekday rush hours, and Steeles Avenue and Airport Road carry heavy local traffic. Saturday evenings in wedding season are busy at the venue itself. Our dispatcher checks Ontario 511 before every job and builds in margin for winter weather, which can slow the 401 and 410 quickly. If you are coming from downtown for a 6 p.m. start on a weekday, we usually suggest leaving by about 4:45 p.m.
The run back to Pearson after an event
Delegates and guests often head to the airport straight after an event or the next morning. From the venue to Pearson is usually 15–25 minutes, faster late at night. Tell us whether you fly from Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 and leave a comfortable margin for check-in and security; for international flights, that margin is larger. The Toronto Pearson website lists airline terminals, and our Pearson terminal pickup guide explains the curbside process. An hourly booking can include the airport leg so the same chauffeur takes you from the closing session to the terminal.

Conference shuttles between airport hotels and the venue
For multi-day conferences we often run a timed loop between two or three airport-area hotels and the venue: a morning wave before registration, a midday run for speakers, and an evening wave after the last session or dinner. A coordinator sets the schedule from the agenda and the hotel room list, assigns Sprinters or coaches by headcount, and keeps one SUV on standby for VIPs or late arrivals. Each chauffeur carries a manifest, and the coordinator adjusts the loop if a session runs over. That arrangement is usually simpler and calmer than dozens of separate ride-hail trips, and it keeps delegates arriving together rather than drifting in over an hour.
What should guests tell us when they book?
The more we know, the smoother the night. Tell us the hall or room name if the venue has given one, the guest of honour's arrival time, the number of passengers and suitcases, any child seats needed, and whether anyone uses a wheelchair or walker. For weddings, share the photographer's schedule and any grand-entrance timing. For corporate events, give us the name of an on-site contact. Add flight numbers for every airport pickup. With that information the dispatcher picks the right vehicle, sets the staging point and times the return, so the chauffeur is already waiting when the last guest comes out.
Accessibility, children and older guests
Large family celebrations bring every generation. Our chauffeurs open doors and help passengers in and out, and fold and stow wheelchairs and walkers for those who can transfer to a seat. We have a wheelchair-accessible vehicle for anyone who must stay seated in a wheelchair or scooter, available when booked in advance. Infant, convertible and booster seats are available at booking. From November to April our cars run winter tires, and chauffeurs carry umbrellas for the walk between the car and the door.
When to book and how cancellation works
Book as soon as the date is set. Wedding season weekends from May to October and the late-autumn festival and holiday-party season fill early, and multi-vehicle plans need two weeks or more. Our cancellation policy for each vehicle: more than 72 hours before pickup is free; 72 hours or less is 10 %; 48 hours or less is 50 %; 24 hours or less or a no-show is 100 %. Changes to times and addresses go through dispatch.
What does the fare include?
We do not print prices. The fixed fare shown before you confirm covers the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, any 407 ETR tolls, airport fees and gratuity, with HST listed separately. It changes with vehicle class, distance and time, waiting beyond the grace period, extra stops, the date and the hourly minimum. Meet and greet and child seats are available at booking. There is no surge on wedding Saturdays and no meter running while you wait. Read our fare explainer for more.
Beyond the venue: Toronto and worldwide
Guests who fly in for an event often add a day in Toronto, a trip to Niagara Falls, or a shopping visit to Square One or Yorkdale. An hourly chauffeur makes those days simple. Through the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, the same Toronto account books chauffeured cars in more than 70 countries and 500 cities, which helps families coordinating travel from abroad. Other venue pages cover the International Centre in Mississauga, the Toronto Congress Centre and Markham and Vaughan event venues, all within easy reach of the airport.
