A Scotiabank Arena Toronto limo is a chauffeured car booked for a Maple Leafs or Raptors game or a concert at 40 Bay Street, at Bay and Lake Shore Boulevard West. It is about 0.5 km from Union Station and about 27 km, typically 25–45 minutes, from Pearson (YYZ). Book an hourly chauffeur so the car is waiting after the final buzzer, and book direct to see the fixed fare first.
Scotiabank Arena Toronto limo: what you are booking
The arena is the busiest indoor venue in the city, with NHL hockey, NBA basketball and arena tours stacked through most of the year. A limo to Scotiabank Arena from TorontoBlackLimousine.com is one car and one licensed professional chauffeur on a fixed, all-in fare shown in our reservation engine before you confirm. You can book a one-way drop-off, a one-way pickup at a set time, or, the option most of our guests choose, an hourly private chauffeur who stays with you from the first pickup to the final drop-off. A hockey game rarely ends on a predictable minute and a concert even less so; an hourly car takes that uncertainty off the table.
Where is Scotiabank Arena?
The official address is 40 Bay Street, on the northwest corner of Bay Street and Lake Shore Boulevard West, directly south of Union Station and beneath the elevated Gardiner Expressway. The arena's own getting-here page notes that Union Station links it to the TTC and GO Transit networks, and Maple Leaf Square, with its public garage reached from York Street, sits on the west side. Because the building is boxed in by the rail corridor to the north, the Gardiner and Lake Shore to the south and two busy north–south streets, there is very little curb space, which is exactly why arrival and pickup need planning.
Typical distances and drive times to the arena
| From | Distance | Typical drive time before a 7 pm start |

| Union Station / Front Street hotels | about 0.5 km | 5–10 min (often quicker to walk) |
| Financial District towers | 1–2 km | 5–15 min |
| Yorkville | about 5 km | 15–25 min |
| North York centre | about 15 km | 25–40 min |
| Toronto Pearson (YYZ) | about 27 km | 25–45 min |
| Etobicoke | about 18 km | 20–35 min |
| Scarborough | about 25 km | 30–45 min |

| Vaughan / Markham | about 35 km | 35–55 min |
| Pickering & Ajax | about 40 km | 35–55 min |
All figures are typical planning numbers. A Friday night game in winter with snow on the 401 is a different animal, and the reservation engine quotes the exact fare for your address and time.
Leafs and Raptors seasons: when the busy nights fall
NHL and NBA regular seasons usually run from October into April, with playoff games from mid-April onward when the teams qualify. Most home games start in the evening on weeknights, with some weekend afternoon starts. Schedules and start times change for broadcast, so check the Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors schedules for your date, buy seats, then book the car. In winter the comfort of a warm car waiting outside matters more than people expect: standing on Bay Street at 10.30 pm in January, looking for an app ride with ten thousand other people, is nobody's idea of a good end to a night.
Concerts at Scotiabank Arena
Between and around the sports seasons the arena hosts large touring concerts, comedy and family shows. Concert nights behave differently from games: doors open earlier, there is often an opening act, merchandise lines slow the exit, and almost the whole audience leaves within the same ten minutes after the encore. For concerts we recommend an hourly booking that starts with dinner, so the chauffeur is never racing a fixed pickup time that the artist decides. Our concert and game-day limo page covers the same approach for every major Toronto venue.
From downtown hotels: walk, or ride?
Many visitors stay in the Financial District and Union Station hotels and can walk to the arena through the station. We are still booked by those guests for three reasons: someone in the party has limited mobility, the group is going on to dinner in Yorkville or a club in the west end, or a client is being collected from a Bay Street tower and driven to dinner first. A chauffeur can also collect guests staying at the waterfront hotels along Queens Quay, a short drive that becomes slow on foot in freezing rain or snow.
From Pearson Airport straight to the game
Visiting fans of the opposing team and business travellers squeezing in a game often land the same afternoon. The chauffeur meets you at Pearson's pre-arranged pickup area on the arrivals curb of Terminal 1 or 3, or inside arrivals with a name board if you add meet and greet at booking. With 30 minutes of included waiting from actual landing on Canadian and US flights (60 on other international arrivals), there is time to clear the terminal. From there it is roughly 27 km down Highway 427 and the Gardiner to Bay Street. Luggage stays locked in the car during the game or goes to the hotel first. After the game the same car can take you back to a Pearson airport hotel for an early flight.
Drop-off and pickup points around Scotiabank Arena
The arena does not publish a dedicated limousine or rideshare zone, so we do not invent one. What we can tell you is how the streets behave. Bay Street and York Street carry the main flow; Lake Shore Boulevard West runs along the south side under the Gardiner; Bremner Boulevard and Harbour Street take overflow to the west and east. On arrival the chauffeur drops you as close as traffic control allows on the side nearest your entrance. On exit, police often restrict turning movements around Bay and Lake Shore, and some lanes are coned off while crowds cross. We stage the car a short walk away on a quieter street and send you the location before the third period or the final quarter.

This simple walk-away routine is the single biggest time saver on arena nights, and it works the same in July as in February.
Road closures, Gardiner work and event overlap
The south core often hosts several events at once: a Leafs game, a show at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, a Blue Jays game in spring and the evening commute, all within a kilometre. Long-running Gardiner Expressway rehabilitation work has reduced lanes for extended periods. We check the City of Toronto's road restriction notices on toronto.ca and Ontario 511 on the day and plan the route accordingly. If a closure makes the usual approach impossible, the chauffeur calls or texts with a revised drop point instead of leaving you guessing.
Hosting clients in a suite: corporate logistics
Suites and premium seats at the arena are a fixture of Bay Street client entertainment, and the transport is part of the impression. Typical bookings: a first-class sedan on an hourly basis for a visiting executive, a Sprinter collecting the team from an office tower, and separate cars home for guests who live in different directions. Everything bills to one corporate account, with a passenger list and pickup times that dispatch manages. Our corporate car service page explains accounts and invoicing.
Groups: Sprinters, stretch limousines and party buses
the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, with a 4-hour minimum for stretches and 4–5 hours for party buses.
- Up to 6: an SUV or premier luxury SUV.
- Up to 7 in a lounge layout: the executive Sprinter.
- Up to 12: the Sprinter luxury van, the workhorse for office outings and birthday groups.
- Celebrations: stretch limousines (8 to 18 seats) and party buses (20 or 30) come from vetted partner operators in
Big vehicles need curb space that is scarce around the arena, so we place them a little further away and walk the group the last couple of minutes. Our Sprinter group transportation page has more detail.
Why hourly makes sense for an arena night
On a typical evening we see this pattern: pickup in Oakville at 5 pm, dinner near the St. Lawrence Market, the game, a drink nearby, home by 11.30. That is roughly six and a half hours with one car and one chauffeur, no parking, no designated driver and no hunt for a ride. Two one-way trips would leave the group exposed at the worst moment of the night, the exit. Hourly bookings start at three hours for sedans, SUVs and Sprinters, with extra time in 30-minute blocks. Read hourly chauffeur service in Toronto for the details.
Before and after: Hockey Hall of Fame, dinner and hotels
The Hockey Hall of Fame at Yonge and Front is a short drive from the arena and a natural add-on for visiting fans on a hockey weekend. St. Lawrence Market and the Distillery District are minutes away for dinner, and the Theatre District for a show on a non-game night. If you are building a whole weekend around a game or a concert, our travel desk can arrange flights and hotel rooms through BookingWorldwide.net, and we add the chauffeured car to the same plan.
Accessibility and family details
We have a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, available when booked in advance. For guests who can transfer to a seat we stow wheelchairs and walkers, and we drop as close to an accessible entrance as traffic control allows; the arena lists a small number of accessible parking spaces by advance reservation on its getting-here page, which matters if you are driving yourself. Child seats are available at booking. For young children at a late game, we suggest leaving a few minutes before the end; the chauffeur will be ready.
