TorontoBlackLimousine.com provides King City limo and black car service across King Township with its own chauffeurs. King City to Toronto Pearson is about 40 km, typically 30–45 minutes by Highway 400, the 407 ETR and the 427; downtown Toronto is about 45 km, 40–55 minutes. Book a sedan, SUV or Sprinter, or keep a chauffeur by the hour, and see the fixed fare when you book direct.
What does a King City limo from TorontoBlackLimousine.com include?
A King City limo booking is one professional chauffeur and one vehicle of your chosen class, dispatched by our own desk in Toronto. The reservation engine shows the fixed, all-in fare before you confirm, covering the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 ETR tolls when used, airport fees and gratuity, with HST shown separately. The fare stays the same whether the 400 is clear or crawling.
King Township is rural in places, and that changes how we plan. Long private driveways, gated estates, farm lanes and venues set back from the concession roads all need a clear pickup note. Our chauffeurs arrive a few minutes early, confirm the gate code or the side entrance, and never rely on a map pin alone. Most King calls are airport transfers, estate weddings, evenings in Toronto and days with an hourly chauffeur.
How far is King City from Toronto Pearson Airport?
King City to Toronto airport is about 40 km from King Road and Keele Street, typically 30–45 minutes. The route is usually Highway 400 south to the 407 ETR, then west to the 427 and the airport, which avoids the 401 entirely. From Nobleton, Highway 27 and the 427 extension make it about 35 km. Schomberg and Pottageville in the north of the township are about 55 km away, 40–55 minutes.
Pearson has two passenger terminals, 1 and 3; the flight number on the booking tells dispatch which one. Pearson describes the arrivals-level pickup area for booked cars on its pre-arranged services page.

Is a booked airport car better than an airport taxi from King City?
In King Township, a taxi on demand can be hard to find, especially before dawn. A booked airport car is confirmed the day before, sized for your luggage and set at a fixed fare. For arrivals, we track your flight and wait the included time: 30 minutes on Canadian domestic and US flights and 60 minutes on other international arrivals, counted from actual landing.
The fare includes curbside pickup at the terminal's pre-arranged pickup area. Meet & greet with a name board inside arrivals is an optional add-on at booking, which many King families add for visiting relatives. See our Pearson airport limo page for how pickups work at each terminal.
How do I book a car from King City to Pearson?
- Open the reservation engine or go to /book/.
- Enter your King Township address, including the gate or driveway note, and Pearson with your flight number or departure time.
- Choose the vehicle, add child seats or meet & greet, and see the fixed fare before you confirm.
- Confirm, and you receive the chauffeur's name, car and plate before pickup.
For international departures, we suggest leaving King City about 2 h 45 min before the flight, and 2 h 15 min for domestic flights. From Schomberg, add 15 minutes; in snow, add 30.
Which communities in King Township do you serve?
All of them:
- King City, the largest village, along King Road and Keele Street, near the King City GO station.
- Nobleton, on Highway 27 in the south-west, close to Cold Creek Conservation Area.
- Schomberg, on the north side near Highway 9, with its heritage main street.
- Kettleby and Pottageville, small hamlets among the farms and estates north of King City.
- Ansnorveldt and the Holland Marsh edge, known for its market gardens.
- The estates and horse farms along the concession roads between Dufferin Street and Highway 27.
Next door, our Vaughan, Newmarket and Aurora and Caledon pages have their own trip tables.
Which vehicle should I book in King Township?
A business sedan or Tesla Model Y for one or two passengers and two large bags; a first-class sedan (Mercedes S-Class) for an executive or a special evening; a full-size SUV (Yukon XL or Suburban) or premier luxury SUV (Navigator or Escalade) for up to six people and four large bags, and the better choice on long unpaved driveways in winter; and executive or luxury Sprinters for seven to twelve. Stretch limousines, party buses and coaches come from vetted partners in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, and a Rolls-Royce or Maybach can be arranged on request. See the fleet page and Rolls-Royce chauffeur.
Do you provide wedding transportation at King Township estate venues?
Yes, and this is a big part of our King work. The township has estate, barn and golf-club venues set in the countryside, often with long lanes, limited parking and no phone signal in places. We visit or map the venue in advance, agree the drop point with the coordinator, and time the bridal car and guest shuttles to the ceremony. Guests staying in Vaughan or Richmond Hill hotels move in Sprinters or a coach, so nobody drives home on dark concession roads after the reception.
Couples choose a first-class sedan, a premier SUV or a partner stretch limousine or Rolls-Royce for the wedding party. Multi-vehicle weddings are priced in writing by a coordinator. Read the wedding limo page and our notes on Caledon wedding venues and guest transport, which apply to the rural venues just west of King too.
When is an hourly chauffeur the right choice in King City?
Book by the hour when there are several stops, long waits or an open finish. The minimum is three hours for sedans, SUVs, vans and Sprinters, four for stretch limousines and four to five for party buses, then 30-minute blocks. King Township examples:
- A day in the city: a Bay Street meeting, lunch in Yorkville and a medical appointment, with one car all day.
- A visiting buyer who lands at Pearson, visits two farms or estates and returns for the evening flight.
- A wedding-day vehicle that stays from the morning preparations to the last dance.
- An evening at the theatre or a game downtown, with the drive home up the 400 and no parking to find.
Our private chauffeur page explains how an as-directed day works.
How long is the drive from King City to downtown Toronto?
About 45 km and 40–55 minutes to Union Station in normal traffic, down the 400 to the 401 and then the Allen Road or the 427 and the Gardiner Expressway. Weekday rush hour inbound can push it past an hour, and downtown festivals, parades and marathons close streets, so our chauffeurs check the day's closures before leaving.
Common trips: meetings in the Financial District, the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, specialist appointments downtown, and evenings at Scotiabank Arena, the Rogers Centre, Roy Thomson Hall or the Theatre District. For events, book hourly so the car is waiting afterwards; see concert and game day limo.
Can I take the GO train from King City?
Yes, for some trips. The King City GO station on the Barrie line has trains to Union Station, mainly at peak times; check the schedule on GO Transit. From Union, the UP Express reaches Pearson Terminal 1 in about 28 minutes, with stops at Bloor, Mount Dennis and Weston.
For most King Township addresses the station is itself a drive away, so the train suits a commuter rather than an airport traveller. With luggage, children, an early flight or a late arrival, a car from your door is the practical choice.

What can I do in and around King Township with a driver?
The township sits on the Oak Ridges Moraine, and the countryside is the attraction: Cold Creek Conservation Area near Nobleton for trails and views, the heritage main street in Schomberg, farm stands and market gardens around the Holland Marsh, and golf courses throughout. Seneca's King Campus, with the historic Eaton Hall on Lake Seneca, is on Dufferin Street; see Seneca. The Township of King lists community events and fairs.
Close by, the village of Kleinburg is about 15 km away (the McMichael Canadian Art Collection there is closed for redevelopment until 2029); see McMichael and Kleinburg or our Kleinburg day out with a driver. Canada's Wonderland is about 15 km south, and Casino Rama about 95 km north (19+; transport only).
Do you meet private flights for King Township clients?
Yes. Many King residents and visitors use private aviation, and we meet flights at Pearson's business aviation facilities and at smaller airports nearby. Brampton-Caledon Airport is about 30 km west, and Lake Simcoe Regional Airport about 65 km north. Ramp access is only where the FBO permits; otherwise the chauffeur meets you at the terminal door. See Pearson FBO for the airport's business aviation side.
Where can King Township guests stay?
The township itself has few hotels, so wedding guests, visiting teams and families usually book in Vaughan, Richmond Hill or near Pearson. We run shuttles between those hotels and King venues and early transfers to the airport. See Vaughan and Wonderland hotels and Pearson airport hotels, and use our travel desk to book the rooms, flights and the car on one plan.
Do you drive King City residents to cottage country and ski hills?
Yes. King City is already on the 400, so Muskoka, Georgian Bay and Blue Mountain are straightforward runs. Families with luggage and gear usually book a full-size SUV or a Sprinter, and the chauffeur can stay over for a return. See Toronto to Muskoka and Toronto to Blue Mountain.
Can King Township businesses open a corporate account?
Yes. Farms, equestrian operations, private schools and companies in King move clients, buyers and staff to Pearson and downtown regularly. A corporate car service account gives one billing profile, consistent chauffeurs and priority dispatch. Through the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, the same account books chauffeured cars in more than 70 countries and 500 cities.
What is the cancellation policy for King City bookings?
Measured from scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours before is free; 72 hours or less, 10 %; 48 hours or less, 50 %; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100 %. Delayed flights are tracked, never treated as no-shows.

Enter your King Township address, with the gate note, and see the fixed fare on the TorontoBlackLimousine.com reservation engine. Other towns are on our cities page.
