A Fallsview Casino limo from Toronto with TorontoBlackLimousine.com is a private black car, SUV, Sprinter or stretch to Fallsview Casino Resort at 6380 Fallsview Boulevard, Niagara Falls: about 130 km, typically 85 to 110 minutes from downtown and 80 to 105 minutes from Pearson via the QEW. Book hourly so the chauffeur waits through dinner and the show. Book your Fallsview limo. Guests 19+.
How does a Fallsview Casino limo from Toronto work?
You book one vehicle and one chauffeur on TorontoBlackLimousine.com. The chauffeur collects you at home, at your hotel or at the office, drives the Gardiner and the QEW around the lake to Niagara Falls, sets you down at the resort, and waits until you are ready to go home. You see the fixed fare before you confirm, and there is no meter running on the drive back at 1 a.m.
Most Fallsview evenings are hourly bookings, because the drive is long enough that having the car waiting matters, and because a Niagara evening rarely sticks to a timetable. If you are staying overnight, two one-way transfers are the better fit. We are the transport only and are not affiliated with the resort or its operator.
Who runs Fallsview Casino Resort, and what is there?
The resort's official site gives the name Fallsview Casino Resort, the address 6380 Fallsview Boulevard, Niagara Falls, and lists it among the Mohegan properties. According to the site, it has a large gaming floor, an on-site hotel with Falls views, the Damara Day Spa, the Galleria shops, more than 20 restaurants and lounges, and two entertainment venues: the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino and the Avalon Theatre.
Its sister property, Casino Niagara, sits at the foot of Clifton Hill about 2 km away. Casino gaming in Ontario is conducted and managed by the OLG and regulated by the AGCO. Check the Fallsview site for current venue details.
How far is Fallsview Casino from Toronto, Pearson and the suburbs?
Planning figures from our dispatch notes; the reservation engine quotes the exact route and fixed fare.
| From | Distance | Typical drive time |
|---|---|---|
| Downtown Toronto (Union Station area) | about 130 km | 85–110 min |
| Toronto Pearson (YYZ) | about 125 km | 80–105 min |
| Etobicoke | about 115 km | 75–95 min |
| Mississauga | about 105 km | 70–90 min |
| Oakville | about 95 km | 65–85 min |
| Burlington | about 75 km | 55–70 min |
| Hamilton | about 70 km | 50–65 min |
| Brampton | about 125 km | 85–105 min |
| Vaughan | about 145 km | 95–120 min |
| Markham | about 150 km | 100–125 min |
| Scarborough | about 155 km | 100–125 min |
From York Region and Scarborough, the 407 ETR west to the QEW often beats the Gardiner on weekday afternoons; if the chauffeur uses it, the toll is inside the fixed fare.
Which route does the chauffeur take, and when is traffic worst?
From downtown, the Gardiner Expressway becomes the QEW at the Humber; the QEW then runs through Mississauga, Oakville and Burlington, over the Burlington Bay Skyway, and along the Niagara escarpment to Niagara Falls. Exits at McLeod Road or Highway 420 lead up to Fallsview Boulevard. On a quiet evening it is a steady 90 minutes.
The pinch points are well known: the QEW through Oakville and Burlington between 3:30 and 6:30 p.m. on weekdays, the Skyway in high wind or snow, and the approach to Niagara on summer weekends and long weekends. For a 7:30 p.m. dinner from downtown on a Friday, leave by 4:45 p.m. The drive home after 11 p.m. is usually the quickest of the day.

Why book hourly for a Fallsview evening?
A Fallsview night from Toronto typically runs six to nine hours: about 90 minutes each way, dinner, a show and perhaps time in the casino or a walk to see the illuminated Falls. With an hourly chauffeur the car is yours the whole time, from a three-hour minimum, with extra time in 30-minute blocks. When the show lets out you skip the parking garage queue and the car is waiting.
The hourly booking also absorbs the small detours that make Niagara worthwhile: a stop at the Table Rock lookout, a pause in Niagara-on-the-Lake on the way down, or a late coffee before the QEW. For a one-way drop to the resort hotel and a pickup the next day, book point-to-point instead.
What shows are at the OLG Stage and the Avalon Theatre?
Fallsview's site says the resort hosts more than 320 shows a year across the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino and the Avalon Theatre, from touring headliners to comedy. We do not list dates or performers because they change constantly; check the resort's entertainment calendar on the Fallsview site and tell dispatch your show time.
For a concert night, aim to arrive 75 to 90 minutes before the show. That covers dinner, finding your seats and the security line. Big concerts let thousands of guests out at once, so agree with the chauffeur whether you will leave immediately or wait 15 minutes for the crowd to thin; either way, the car is already in place. Our concert and game day limo page covers the same approach for Toronto venues.
Dinner above the Falls: planning a full Niagara evening
The appeal of Fallsview is that the Falls are right there. A typical plan from downtown Toronto:
- 15:30 Pickup downtown; Gardiner and QEW to Niagara (about 130 km).
- 17:15 Short stop on the Niagara Parkway to see the Horseshoe Falls in daylight.
- 17:45 Drop at Fallsview; dinner at one of the resort's restaurants.
- 20:00 Show at the OLG Stage or the Avalon Theatre.
- 22:30 Walk to see the Falls illuminated, or time in the resort.
- 23:30 Car at the entrance; home by about 1 a.m.
That is a nine- to ten-hour booking. Shorter versions skip the daylight stop. Niagara Parks publishes the illumination and fireworks schedules on the Niagara Parks site.

Which vehicle suits a Fallsview trip?
- Two guests: a first-class sedan for an anniversary or a date night, or a business sedan.
- Three to six: an SUV or premier luxury SUV, with room for shopping bags from the outlets.
- Seven to twelve: an Executive Sprinter or Sprinter luxury van.
- Up to 18: a stretch limousine from the partner network, four-hour minimum.
- 20 to 55: a party bus or coach, coordinator-priced.
The resort's own site mentions Safeway Tours and charter bus services for guests who want a coach; we do not run those, and a private Sprinter is our usual answer for groups who want their own timing.
Staying overnight at Fallsview or nearby
Many guests make Fallsview an overnight: the resort's on-site hotel looks over the Falls, and the Fallsview tourist district has many more rooms within a short walk. For an overnight, book one-way to the resort and a separate return the next day; if you want the wineries or the Falls on day two, book an hourly block from the hotel instead.
Our Niagara Falls hotels page covers the districts, and the Niagara-on-the-Lake hotels page covers the quieter inns 20 km away. The travel desk can book rooms and packages, and the same dispatch desk schedules the car.
Combining Fallsview with wine country or a Falls tour
A Fallsview trip pairs naturally with a daytime itinerary. Start late morning in Niagara wine country with two or three tastings, drive the Niagara Parkway to the Falls, then finish with dinner and a show at the resort. Or spend the afternoon at the Niagara Falls attractions before the evening. Our Niagara Falls limo tours page lays out full-day options.
In September and October, harvest weekends bring heavy traffic around Niagara-on-the-Lake; leave extra time between the wineries and Fallsview. For the drive itself, the Toronto to Niagara Falls route page has more detail.
Getting from Pearson to Fallsview, or Fallsview to Pearson
Visitors flying into Toronto for a Niagara weekend often go straight from Pearson: about 125 km, typically 80 to 105 minutes via the 427, the QEW or the 403. The chauffeur tracks your flight and meets you at Pearson's designated pre-arranged pickup area on the arrivals curb; meet and greet inside arrivals is an optional add-on at booking. Included waiting is 30 minutes for Canadian domestic and US flights and 60 minutes for other international arrivals.
Going home, book the pickup at Fallsview about three and a half hours before a domestic departure and four hours before an international one; Sunday-afternoon traffic on the QEW toward Toronto is heavy most of the year.
Coming from or going to the USA
Fallsview is a short drive from the Rainbow Bridge, so some guests combine it with a US trip. If your group plans to cross, every passenger needs a valid passport or other accepted document; see CBSA for re-entry to Canada. Our cross-border limo page and the Buffalo airport route cover those trips.
Winter, weather and the Skyway
Niagara is milder than cottage country, but the QEW over the Burlington Bay Skyway can close or slow in high winds and freezing rain, and lake-effect snow occasionally hits the stretch past Grimsby. Our cars run winter tires from November to April, and chauffeurs check Ontario 511 before leaving and before the drive home.
If a storm warning is in effect we will call to discuss an earlier start, a shorter evening or an overnight. On an hourly booking, weather delays simply add time in 30-minute blocks.
The 19+ rule and responsible play
Fallsview's site states that you must be 19 or older to enter the casino. Bring valid government photo ID for everyone; restaurants, shops, the spa and the theatres set their own rules, so check the resort's site if anyone in your group is younger. Under-19 guests can ride in the car but cannot join you on the gaming floor.
Our chauffeurs are transport only: they do not handle cash or chips, recommend games or offers, or take minors to gaming areas. If gambling stops being fun for anyone in your party, PlaySmart has information and support.
What is included, and how do you book direct?
The reservation engine shows a fixed, all-in fare before you confirm: vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, 407 ETR tolls if used, airport fees where relevant and gratuity, with HST shown separately. What changes it: the vehicle class, the number of hours, your pickup location, the date (summer Saturdays and long weekends are busiest), waiting and extra stops. We print no prices; how our fares work explains each factor.
Open our reservation engine, choose hourly or one-way, enter your address and "Fallsview Casino Resort", choose the vehicle, and add your show time, dinner reservation and guest count in the notes. Cancellation is measured from scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours before, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10 %; 48 hours or less, 50 %; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100 %. For a shorter night out, see the Woodbine resort page or the casinos near Toronto overview.
Birthdays, anniversaries and bachelor nights at Fallsview
Fallsview is a popular choice for milestones because dinner, a show and a room with a view sit under one roof. For couples, a first-class sedan and a dinner reservation timed to sunset is the classic plan; tell us it is an anniversary and the chauffeur times the drive so you arrive at the table rather than the lobby queue. For groups, a Sprinter or a stretch keeps everyone together on the QEW. Our anniversary limo page and birthday limo page cover planning, and alcohol is not allowed in our vehicles, so the celebration drinks happen at the resort.
