London to Pearson airport: what the booking includes
The London to Pearson airport run is one of the longest regular airport trips we drive, and it is also one of the most requested. You book a private car for your group only, with a chauffeur who knows the 401 corridor. The fare in our reservation engine is fixed before you confirm and covers the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 ETR tolls if used, Pearson airport fees and gratuity, with HST shown separately.
No meter, no surge, no sharing with strangers. The chauffeur loads your bags at your door in London, drives straight to Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, and on the way home tracks your flight and waits at the pre-arranged pickup area. One dispatch desk handles the trip at any hour.

The route from London to Pearson
Most trips join the 401 at Highway 4, Wellington Road or Highway 100 / Veterans Memorial Parkway, depending on your neighbourhood, then run east through Woodstock, Cambridge and Milton. Near Mississauga the chauffeur chooses between the 401 and the tolled 407 ETR, based on live traffic from Ontario 511. Tolls, if used, are already in the fare.
Pearson has two terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. Put your terminal in the booking; your airline confirmation shows which one. Our Toronto Pearson airport page covers both, and the Pearson terminal pickup guide explains where booked cars meet passengers.
What time should I leave London for Pearson?

- Domestic and US flights: leave about four and a half hours before departure.
- International flights: leave about five and a half hours before departure.
- Weekday mornings: add 30 to 40 minutes for the Milton-to-427 stretch.

For very early flights, some London travellers prefer to stay near the airport the night before; our Pearson airport hotels page lists the area.

Arriving at Pearson and riding home to London
The chauffeur follows your flight and arrives for the real landing. Included waiting starts from actual landing: 30 minutes for Canadian domestic and US flights and 60 minutes for other international arrivals. After that, waiting is billed in 15-minute blocks, and dispatch tells you before it starts.
The fare includes curbside pickup at the pre-arranged pickup area on the arrivals level; Pearson's pre-arranged services page explains the process. Meet and greet inside arrivals, with a name board, is an optional add-on at booking. After a long-haul flight, the two-hour ride home is time to rest while someone else handles the 401 at night.
London limo service for events and nights out
Our London limo service is not only for the airport. Canada Life Place downtown hosts London Knights hockey and major concerts, and the Western Fair District holds shows, markets and events through the year. A chauffeur drops you at the entrance, waits, and drives you home when the night ends.
For bigger nights, such as a stag, a stagette or a birthday, stretch limousines and party buses come from vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network and are priced in writing by a coordinator. For weddings in London and the surrounding countryside, we run guest shuttles in Sprinters and family cars in SUVs. See wedding limo service for details.
University moves, convocation and campus visits
London is a university city. Western University and Fanshawe College bring thousands of students and families to town, and many arrive through Pearson. We drive international students from the airport to residence with all their luggage, families to move-in weekends and parents to convocation.
An SUV takes six passengers and four big bags; for a family with a year's worth of luggage, a Sprinter luxury van gives more room. For convocation day, an hourly booking lets the car wait during the ceremony and take the family to dinner after. Our graduation and convocation page has planning tips.
Medical travel between London and Toronto
London Health Sciences Centre is a major hospital system, and many patients travel between London and specialist centres in Toronto, or come to London from smaller towns. See London Health Sciences Centre for the hospital's own information. A private car is calmer than a long drive, especially after a procedure.
On an hourly booking, the chauffeur waits during the appointment and drives you home when you are ready. We fold and stow wheelchairs and walkers for passengers who can transfer to a seat; we have a wheelchair-accessible vehicle for anyone who must stay seated in a wheelchair or scooter, available when booked in advance. See medical appointments.
London neighbourhoods we pick up from
We cover all of London, Ontario: Old North and the streets around Western's campus, Byron and Lambeth in the south-west, Masonville and Hyde Park in the north, and the newer subdivisions in the south and east near the 401. From the south end, Wellington Road or Highway 4 reaches the 401 quickly; from the north end, the chauffeur may use Highbury Avenue or Veterans Memorial Parkway. The reservation engine prices your exact address, and the City of London site lists road work our dispatchers check.
Hourly chauffeur in London for business days
London's hospitals, universities, insurance offices and manufacturers bring a steady flow of business visitors. A visitor who lands at Pearson, visits two sites in London and flies home the same day is a perfect fit for the hourly chauffeur service.
The same chauffeur waits outside each meeting, your bags stay in the trunk, and you can work on the drive. Hourly bookings start at three hours for sedans, SUVs, vans and Sprinters, with extra time in 30-minute blocks. For a team, an executive Sprinter seats seven around a working layout. Company accounts are explained on the corporate car service page.
Flying from London (YXU), Detroit or Pearson?
London International Airport is about 10 km from downtown London and has a limited set of routes, which change by season. Pearson has far more choice, and for some US trips Detroit (DTW) is closer than people think, at about 200 km via Windsor. We drive to all three with flight tracking.
Cross-border trips to Detroit need a valid passport, or another document accepted for your citizenship, for every passenger; check CBSA and US CBP before you travel. Our London airport (YXU) and Detroit airport (DTW) pages have the details.

London to downtown Toronto for games and shows
Downtown Toronto is about 190 km and 120 to 150 minutes from London. People make the trip for Blue Jays games, Leafs and Raptors nights, concerts at Scotiabank Arena and RBC Amphitheatre (formerly Budweiser Stage), and shows in the Theatre District.
A one-way drop-off works for an overnight stay in a downtown hotel. For a same-day return, hourly booking keeps the chauffeur in the city, and the car is waiting when the event ends. See concert and game-day limo and our Toronto to London route page for the trip in the other direction.
Winter on the 401 near London
The 401 around London and Woodstock sits in a snowbelt off Lake Huron, and squalls can bring sudden whiteouts. Our cars run on winter tires from November to April, and the dispatcher checks Environment Canada warnings before early pickups.
When a storm is forecast, we call you to move the pickup earlier. If a closure forces a detour, your confirmed fixed fare stays the same.
Cancellations and changes
Cancelling more than 72 hours before pickup is free. At 72 hours or less it is 10 %; at 48 hours or less, 50 %; at 24 hours or less or for a no-show, 100 %. Flight changes and new pickup times are handled by dispatch.
Flights, hotels and the whole trip
Our travel desk books flights, hotels and packages together with the car. It suits families flying abroad from Pearson and visiting academics or executives coming to London. We also serve Woodstock, Stratford and Sarnia.
