Eight bachelor party ideas Toronto groups can book that work: a Leafs or Raptors game with a steakhouse dinner, a Blue Jays game, TFC or the Argos at BMO Field, a golf day in King City or Caledon, a Buffalo Bills trip, a casino night, a brewery crawl and a Niagara Falls day. Book one vehicle by the hour so the group stays together all day.
Good bachelor party ideas in Toronto are rarely the problem; turning one into a day that runs on time for twelve men from four cities is. Each plan below is a complete night with a timeline, the distance from downtown Toronto (Union Station) and from Toronto Pearson (YYZ), the vehicle that suits it and the detail groups most often miss. For vehicle sizes and booking, see our bachelor and bachelorette party transport page.
Bachelor party ideas Toronto: which of the eight nights suits your group?
Pick by the groom first and the group second. A sports fan gets a game; a golfer gets a course and a long lunch; a groom who hates crowds gets a quiet Niagara day. Then check the group: how many are flying in, how many will stay out late, and whether anyone is under 19, which rules out casinos and bars.

Night 1: how do you plan a Leafs or Raptors game with a steakhouse?
The most requested plan. Scotiabank Arena sits beside Union Station, so the drive is short; the challenge is the crowd. A realistic evening: pickup at the hotel at 5 pm, steakhouse dinner at 5:30, a walk or a short drop to the arena by 7, the game, and the vehicle at a pre-set pickup point a block from the arena 20 minutes after the final buzzer.
The Maple Leafs and Raptors seasons usually run from October to April. Book tickets first, then the vehicle. Our Scotiabank Arena games and concerts page covers the drop-off streets, and the post on a Toronto steakhouse dinner plan has timing for a big table.
Night 2: what about a Blue Jays game in summer?
Rogers Centre is about 1 km from Union Station and the season usually runs from April to September, with the roof open on warm evenings. Day games suit groups who want a long dinner afterwards; night games suit a later finish at a bar in the Entertainment District, a few minutes' walk away.
Keep a 12-seat Sprinter by the hour: it collects everyone, drops near the stadium and waits or returns at a set time. Stadium exits are slow for every vehicle in the first 30 minutes, so the chauffeur sets a pickup point away from the main gates. The Blue Jays publish the schedule; see our Blue Jays games page.
Night 3: can you build the night around TFC or the Argonauts?
Yes, and BMO Field at Exhibition Place is often easier than the downtown arenas: about 5 km and 10 to 20 minutes from Union Station, and about 24 km from Pearson. Toronto FC usually plays from spring to autumn and the Argonauts from early summer into the autumn.
The plan: an early dinner in Liberty Village or King West, the game, and the vehicle at a side street after the final whistle. Exhibition Place hosts other events on the same days at times, so check the calendar. Our BMO Field games page has the approach roads.
Night 4: how do you run a golf day for a bachelor group?
Golf is the daytime favourite. King City is about 45 km and 40 to 55 minutes from downtown, and Caledon about 55 km and 45 to 60 minutes, both with well-known courses. The day usually runs eight to ten hours: hotel pickup at 8 am, the round, a long lunch at the club, and either back to Toronto by 5 pm or straight on to dinner.
Golf bags take the space of two or three suitcases each, so eight golfers fill a 12-seat van. Our post on Sprinter van capacity and luggage explains the maths. The van waits at the club with the bags locked inside. Book tee times before the vehicle.

Night 5: is a Buffalo Bills trip worth the long day?
For football fans it is the trip of a lifetime, and the new Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York opened in June 2026. It is about 175 km and 2 to 2.5 hours from downtown Toronto before border queues, so a home game becomes a ten to twelve-hour day.
Every passenger needs a valid passport, or for eligible citizens a NEXUS card, passport card or enhanced licence; check CBSA for the return to Canada and CBP for the US side. NEXUS-holding chauffeurs are available on request, and a second chauffeur can be arranged for very long days. Tolls on the planned route, including bridge tolls, are inside the fixed fare. See our Buffalo Bills game trips page and Highmark Stadium for game-day rules.
Night 6: how does a casino night work?
Everyone on the gaming floor must be 19 or older with government photo ID, so check the group first. Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto, the former Woodbine casino in north Etobicoke, is about 30 km from downtown and about 10 km from Pearson; it has restaurants and a theatre as well as gaming. Fallsview in Niagara Falls is a full day at 130 km.
A Sprinter or SUV booked by the hour drops at the main entrance and waits, so the group can leave together or in two runs. We drive you there and back; we do not promote gambling. PlaySmart has OLG's responsible-gambling information, and our Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto page covers the drop-off.
Night 7: can you do a brewery crawl around Toronto?
Toronto's craft breweries are spread across Leslieville, the Junction, the east end and Etobicoke, often 5 to 15 km apart, which is exactly why groups need a driver. Three or four stops, each with a tasting flight and food, fill five or six hours. The Ontario Craft Brewers site lists members and taprooms.
The chauffeur drives, the group tastes at the breweries, and nothing is opened in the vehicle: alcohol is not allowed in our vehicles, including Sprinters and party buses. Call ahead for groups larger than eight, because taprooms often limit table sizes on Saturdays.
Night 8: what does a Niagara Falls day and night look like?
Niagara Falls is about 130 km and 85 to 110 minutes from downtown by the QEW. A full day: leave Toronto at 11 am, the boat to the falls in season, lunch, the Niagara Parkway, dinner and the falls lit at night, then home after 11 pm. That is nine to eleven hours on the booking. Niagara Parks lists the attractions and seasons.
Many groups prefer to stay over. The travel desk can hold rooms in Niagara Falls, and the vehicle can be booked as two transfers or kept with the chauffeur staying over, arranged at booking.
Which vehicle suits a bachelor group?
For six or fewer, one of our premier luxury SUVs. For up to seven who want lounge seating and tables, the Executive Sprinter; for up to twelve, the Sprinter luxury van, both with a 3-hour minimum. Stretch limousines (4-hour minimum) and party buses for 20 or 30 (4 to 5 hours) are partner vehicles from the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network on the same booking.
Bachelor days are long, with uncertain endings, which is why hourly booking suits them. Extra time is added in 30-minute blocks. Our hourly chauffeur service explains how the time is counted.

Can we drink in the vehicle between stops?
No. Alcohol is not allowed in TorontoBlackLimousine.com vehicles, and that applies to Sprinters, stretch limousines and party buses alike. Drinks belong at the steakhouse, the brewery and the bar, which are licensed for it; the vehicle's job is to get everyone between them safely.
That rule also protects the group's budget, because spills are the most common cause of cleaning charges. Pack water for a long day, especially a golf day or a Bills trip, and keep snacks simple.
What do best men most often forget?
- Tickets and tee times booked after the vehicle, so the plan has to change.
- A passport check a week before a Buffalo trip, not at the bridge.
- The group's real headcount, including the cousin who joins at dinner.
- A pickup point away from the arena or stadium gates.
- A second contact if the best man's phone dies.
- A plan for the groomsman who wants to leave early.
The last one is easy to solve: on an hourly booking, the chauffeur can run him back to the hotel and return within the booked hours.
How should the group split the cost?
The fixed, all-in fare includes the chauffeur, fuel, tolls on the planned route and the gratuity, with HST shown separately. Most groups let the groom ride free and divide the fare among everyone else. Our post on party bus cost per person covers late joiners and dropouts, and the same methods work for a Sprinter.
How do I book the bachelor party vehicle?
Open the reservation engine, choose hourly service, pick the vehicle for the full headcount, and enter the date, first pickup and hours. List every stop in the notes. The fixed fare appears before you confirm; party buses and multi-vehicle plans are confirmed by a coordinator in writing.
