A Collingwood to Pearson airport limo covers about 140 km and usually takes 100 to 125 minutes; Blue Mountain Village is about 150 km, 110 to 135 minutes. From downtown Toronto, Blue Mountain is about 160 km, 120 to 150 minutes. TorontoBlackLimousine.com runs SUVs and Sprinters with winter tires, flight tracking and a fixed fare shown before you book.
Collingwood to Pearson airport: how the trip works
The Collingwood to Pearson airport run crosses Simcoe County to Highway 400 and then heads south to the airport. From Collingwood and Blue Mountain the chauffeur usually takes Highway 26 east through Stayner towards Barrie, or county roads to Highway 400, then follows the 400 south to the 401 or the 407 ETR towards Pearson.
You book in our reservation engine and see the fixed fare before confirming. It includes the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 ETR tolls if used, airport fees and gratuity, with HST shown separately. On the return, the flight is tracked and the car waits at Pearson's pre-arranged pickup area on the arrivals curb. There is no meter, so a Sunday-evening crawl on the 400 does not change your fare.

Blue Mountain to Pearson airport for ski and summer visitors
Many of our Collingwood and Blue Mountain bookings are visitors flying into Pearson for a ski week or a summer holiday at Blue Mountain Resort. The chauffeur meets you at the airport, loads skis, boards and luggage, and drives straight to your hotel in the Village or your rental chalet.
Tell us about ski bags and boot bags when you book. An SUV (Yukon XL / Suburban) takes six passengers and four large bags, but ski gear needs more space; for a family with full ski kit, a Sprinter luxury van is often the better choice. Our Blue Mountain resort transfers article covers the arrival in detail.
Collingwood limo service in winter: tires, squalls and timing
The Georgian Bay shore is a snowbelt. Lake-effect squalls off the bay can close Highway 26 and slow the 400 north of Barrie in minutes. Our cars run on winter tires from November to April, and our chauffeurs drive this route all season.
- The dispatcher checks Ontario 511 and weather warnings before each trip.
- On a storm day, we may call to move your pickup earlier for a flight.
- SUVs are the default in heavy winter weather for traction and clearance.
- If a closure forces a longer route, the fixed fare you confirmed does not change.
Our Blue Mountain shuttle vs private car article compares the options honestly.

When should I leave Collingwood for my Pearson flight?
Allow about two hours of driving from Collingwood, a little more from the Village, plus the airline's check-in advice and a margin.
- Domestic and US flights: leave about four and a half hours before departure.
- International flights: leave about five and a half hours before departure.
- Sunday afternoons and holiday Mondays: add 45 to 60 minutes; the 400 southbound is very busy.
- Snow days: the dispatcher may add more.
For very early flights after a ski week, some families stay near the airport the night before. Our Pearson airport hotels page lists options, and the travel desk can book the room with the car.
Arriving at Pearson and heading north
The chauffeur tracks your flight and arrives for the real landing. Included waiting is 30 minutes for Canadian domestic and US flights and 60 minutes for other international arrivals, counted from landing; after that, waiting is billed in 15-minute blocks.
The fare includes curbside pickup at the pre-arranged pickup area; Pearson explains the process on its pre-arranged services page. Meet and greet inside arrivals with a name board can be added at booking, which helps when a family has lots of gear to manage. Child seats, infant, convertible or booster, are available at booking.
Blue Mountain Village and the resort area
Blue Mountain Village sits at the foot of the ski hills, with hotels, restaurants and shops. In summer, the resort area is popular for golf, hiking, cycling and the beaches along Georgian Bay. The Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain nearby is a favourite stop.
For a day in the area, an hourly chauffeur keeps one car and driver with you: the spa in the morning, lunch in Collingwood, a winery or a hike in the afternoon, and dinner in the Village with no one needing to drive. Hourly bookings start at three hours for sedans, SUVs, vans and Sprinters. Our Blue Mountain resorts page covers where to stay.

Downtown Collingwood, Thornbury and the Georgian Bay shore
Collingwood's downtown is a compact, walkable heritage core with restaurants and shops, and the harbour front is a favourite summer spot. To the west, Thornbury and the Town of the Blue Mountains are known for orchards, cideries and quiet beaches; to the east, Wasaga Beach draws summer crowds.
We pick up at private homes, condos, chalets and hotels throughout the area. When the address is a gated community or a chalet on a private road, add a note and the chauffeur calls on arrival. Visit South Georgian Bay lists local events and attractions; the Town of Collingwood site has local notices such as road work.
Weddings in Collingwood and Blue Mountain
The Blue Mountain area is a popular wedding destination, with resort venues, barns and orchards across the region. We bring guests from Pearson and Toronto hotels, run shuttles between hotels and the venue, and take the family home at the end of the night.
Our own SUVs and Sprinters run guest shuttles. For the wedding party, stretch limousines and party buses come from vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, priced in writing by a coordinator. For a large group, a coach can be arranged. See wedding limo service for planning steps.
Private flights into Collingwood Regional Airport
Some visitors fly privately into Collingwood Regional Airport, just outside town. We meet private aircraft there and drive guests to their chalet, the Village or Toronto. Access airside is only where the airport and operator permit, so we normally meet you at the terminal building or gate.
For details, see our Collingwood Regional Airport page. Flights into Pearson's private terminals are covered on the Pearson FBO page.
Which vehicle for a Collingwood or Blue Mountain trip?
- Business sedan: two travellers with light luggage in summer.
- SUV: six passengers with four large bags; the default in winter.
- Premier luxury SUV: Navigator or Escalade comfort for executives and couples.
- Executive Sprinter: seven in lounge seating, good for corporate retreats.
- Sprinter luxury van: twelve seats for families with ski gear and wedding groups.
Downtown Toronto hotels to Blue Mountain
Many ski and summer visitors spend a few days in Toronto first, then head north. From a Financial District or Yorkville hotel, Blue Mountain Village is about 160 km and 120 to 150 minutes. The chauffeur takes the Gardiner or the DVP to the 401, then the 400 north past Barrie, and west on Highway 26 or county roads.
Leaving downtown before 3:00 p.m. on a Friday saves a lot of time, because northbound traffic on the 400 builds quickly on winter and summer weekends. Leaving mid-morning on a Saturday is usually smooth. On the way back, a Sunday-morning departure beats the afternoon rush south. If you are coming from the Yorkville hotels or Financial District hotels, the chauffeur picks up at the hotel's front drive.
Summer weekends, cottages and Wasaga Beach
Summer brings a different kind of traffic. Cottagers, beach visitors and cyclists fill Highway 26 between Collingwood and Wasaga Beach on sunny weekends, and the 400 is slow northbound on Friday evenings and southbound on Sunday afternoons, especially on long weekends.
We plan summer pickups with that in mind. For a weekend at a cottage or chalet, a one-way ride up on Friday and another home on Monday morning is often easiest. For a wedding or a family reunion, a Sprinter luxury van keeps everyone together. For a golf day or a trip to the beaches, book hourly so the car is ready when you are.
Corporate retreats and conferences at Blue Mountain
Resort conference centres in the Blue Mountain area host corporate retreats and team events. We move delegates from Pearson and downtown Toronto, run shuttles during the event and take everyone home afterwards. An executive Sprinter turns the drive into meeting time.
For larger groups we coordinate several Sprinters or a coach under one booking file. Company accounts are explained on the corporate car service page.
Collingwood residents flying from Pearson
Year-round Collingwood residents use us as often as visitors do: for holiday flights from Pearson, business trips, and family arrivals at Christmas. For a sun holiday, the chauffeur picks up at home before dawn, and on the way back the flight is tracked, so the car is at the pre-arranged pickup area when you land, even after a delay.
Leaving your own car at home spares you airport parking fees and a tired drive north on the 400 after an overnight flight. For families, an SUV carries six people and four large suitcases; for a big group, a Sprinter carries twelve.
Cancellations and changes
Cancelling more than 72 hours before pickup is free. At 72 hours or less it costs 10 %; at 48 hours or less, 50 %; at 24 hours or less or for a no-show, 100 %, measured from the scheduled pickup. Weather changes are handled through dispatch.
