Blue Jays tickets are sold through the club's official channels and delivered as mobile tickets in the MLB Ballpark app, the Blue Jays Account Manager or the Ticketmaster app; screenshots are not accepted. Rogers Centre is about 1 km from Union Station and 28 km (25–45 min) from Pearson. Book an hourly chauffeur so the car is waiting after the final out.
Our Rogers Centre limo for Blue Jays games page covers the stadium, the drop-off and the vehicles. This post deals with what happens before and around it: buying Blue Jays tickets without trouble, getting them onto everyone's phone, choosing seats with the ride home in mind, and a game-day timeline for different kinds of fans. When the tickets are in hand, the reservation engine shows the fixed fare for your car.
Where should you buy Blue Jays tickets?
Buy Blue Jays tickets from the club's own ticketing, linked from the official Blue Jays site, or from its official resale marketplace. The reason is practical as well as financial: tickets for Rogers Centre are digital, tied to an account, and transferred phone to phone. A ticket bought through a stranger's listing or a social-media post can turn out to be a duplicate or never arrive. Official resale means the ticket is reissued to you. We never sell or resell tickets and have no connection to the club; we drive people to the ballpark. Buy the tickets first, then book the car, because the start time and the number in your party decide which vehicle and how many hours you need.
How do mobile tickets work at Rogers Centre?
According to the club's Know Before You Go page, tickets are scanned from a phone through the MLB Ballpark app, the Blue Jays Account Manager or the Ticketmaster app, with rotating barcodes, so screenshots and printouts are not accepted. Each fan presents their own ticket, which means the buyer must transfer a ticket to every guest before the day. Two habits save a lot of stress at the gate:
- Transfer the tickets the night before and ask everyone to open them once.
- Charge phones fully; our cars carry chargers, so top up on the way in.
Children need a ticket according to the club's age rules; check the same page.
Which seats make the ride home easier?
Rogers Centre has entrances around the whole building, and the side you leave from decides how quickly you reach the car. You do not need to choose seats around the ride home, but tell dispatch your section number when you book. The chauffeur then stages the car on the side of the stadium nearest your exit and suggests a meet point a short walk from the crowd, instead of a spot that means crossing the whole post-game flow on Front Street. Families with small children may prefer an aisle seat in a lower section, so an early exit in the seventh inning is easy if someone gets tired. Groups split across two sections should agree in advance which exit everyone uses.
When should you leave home for a Blue Jays game?
Gates open well before first pitch, earlier on weekends according to the club's current rules, and many fans like to watch batting practice or eat inside. Work backward from when you want to be through the gate, not from first pitch.

What does game day look like for an out-of-town family?
A family of four from Ottawa lands at Pearson at 1 p.m. for a 7 p.m. game. The chauffeur meets them at the pre-arranged pickup area on the arrivals curb, with flight tracking, and drives about 28 km to a downtown hotel near the stadium. They check in, rest, and the car collects them at 5:15 for an early dinner on King Street, then drops them at the gate closest to their section. After the game the chauffeur is at the agreed side street, and the family is back at the hotel ten minutes later. One hourly chauffeur or two one-way bookings both work here; hourly is simpler if dinner is part of the plan. Our Entertainment District hotels page lists the closest areas to stay.
What does it look like for a Bay Street client host?
A host on Bay Street takes two clients to a weeknight game. The car, a first-class sedan, collects them from the office tower at 5:30, takes them to dinner and drops them at the ballpark for the anthem. Because the evening is about the clients, the host does not want to manage taxis; the chauffeur waits throughout. In the sixth inning one client needs to leave for an early flight, so a second one-way car to Pearson is added from the reservation engine; the host and the other client stay to the end and are driven home to midtown. Our corporate car service page explains account billing for evenings like this.

What does it look like for a suburban parent and kids?
A parent from Oakville takes three children to a Sunday afternoon game. The SUV arrives at 11:30 with booster seats fitted, booked at the time of reservation. Nobody has to find downtown parking, and nobody has to drive home tired after an afternoon in the sun. Snacks, jackets and the souvenir bag stay in the car. If a child is done by the seventh inning, the parent sends a message and the chauffeur moves to the nearest exit; on an hourly booking, leaving early costs nothing extra and staying for extra innings simply runs on in 30-minute blocks.
What can you bring into Rogers Centre?
Bag size, food and item rules are set by the club and can change between seasons, so check the Know Before You Go page the week of the game. One advantage of a chauffeur here is simple: anything that is not allowed inside, from a large backpack to shopping from the afternoon, stays locked in the car. The same goes for a change of clothes for children and spare layers for a cool April night when the roof may be open. Tell the chauffeur what you are leaving behind, and keep only your phone, ID and payment card on you.
Should you book one-way or hourly around your tickets?
It depends on what else is in the day. A one-way drop-off works when you are staying in a hotel within walking distance and only want a ride in, or when someone else is collecting you afterwards. For almost everyone else, hourly is the better fit. A one-way car leaves after the drop, and after the game you are competing with thousands of fans for taxis and app rides in streets where traffic barely moves. The hourly chauffeur service keeps the same car and chauffeur from pickup to home, with a 3-hour minimum for sedans, SUVs and Sprinters, which a ballgame with travel always exceeds. Dinner, the game and a post-game drink at a bar all fit inside one booking, and the reservation engine shows the fixed fare for the hours before you confirm, tolls on the planned route included.
How do you meet the chauffeur after the game?
Agree it before you go in. The chauffeur sends a meet point by text late in the game: usually a side street a short walk away from Front Street, chosen for the side you will exit. Mobile networks can be slow when 40,000 people use them at once, so screenshot the meet point and the car's plate. Walk with the crowd for two or three minutes and then step away from it. If you cannot find the car, stay where you are and call through your booking; the chauffeur will come to you. Our sibling post on Rogers Centre concert pickups covers the same stadium on concert nights, when the exit is very different.
Is it worth driving yourself to a Blue Jays game?
For a solo fan who lives near a subway line, the TTC or GO Transit to Union Station and a short walk is the honest best choice; Union is linked to the stadium area on foot. Driving yourself makes sense mainly when you can park cheaply and do not mind the slow exit from downtown garages. A chauffeur is the better choice for families, groups, visitors, client hosts and anyone travelling from the 905 who wants to enjoy a drink and not sit in the post-game queue on the Gardiner. Check GO Transit service if your group is spread across the region and some prefer the train.
How do playoff and big-series games change the plan?
When the club is in a pennant race or the postseason, everything gets busier: tickets, restaurants, hotels and chauffeurs. Book the car as soon as you have tickets, because dispatch capacity on those nights is finite. Allow more time to arrive, as security lines and crowds outside are longer, and expect police traffic control around the stadium after the game. Celebrations on Front Street and around the waterfront can slow the exit further. For visitors flying in for a big series, our travel desk can secure flights and hotel rooms early, before the city fills up.
What if the game is delayed or postponed?
Rogers Centre has a retractable roof, so weather rarely stops a game, but start times still move and games are occasionally rescheduled. On an hourly booking a delay simply extends the evening in 30-minute blocks. If the club moves the start time, tell dispatch and we move the pickup. Our cancellation policy is measured from the scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours before, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10 %; 48 hours or less, 50 %; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100 %. If a game is rescheduled to another date, ask us to re-book the car for the new day.
Which vehicle should you book with your tickets?
Match the car to the size of your ticket block:
- Two tickets: business sedan, Tesla Model Y or first-class sedan.
- Four to six tickets: SUV or premier luxury SUV.
- Seven tickets: executive Sprinter, lounge seating for a small group.
- Up to twelve tickets: the Sprinter luxury van, one vehicle and one meet point.
- A birthday or bachelor party: stretch limousine or party bus from vetted partner operators, priced in writing by a coordinator.
Every class is shown with seats and luggage space on the fleet page.
