A Muskoka limo or Bracebridge to Pearson airport car service is a pre-booked private car between Bracebridge, Gravenhurst or your cottage and Toronto Pearson (YYZ). Pearson is about 175 km and 1 h 50 min to 2 h 15 min away via Highway 11 and the 400; downtown Toronto is about 180 km and 1 h 55 min to 2 h 20 min. Book direct to see the fixed fare.
What is a Muskoka limo and airport car service?
It is one private vehicle and one professional chauffeur from TorontoBlackLimousine.com, driving between Muskoka and Toronto on your schedule. Most of our Muskoka bookings are cottage and resort transfers: a family flying into Pearson and heading straight to the lake, a couple leaving a Gravenhurst resort for an evening flight, or a Toronto executive who wants to work in the back seat on the way north for the weekend. We also drive Bracebridge and Gravenhurst residents to Pearson for their own trips. The car is yours alone, from door to door, whether that door is a house on Manitoba Street, a resort lobby or a cottage at the end of a private road. Book the Muskoka trip online and see the fixed fare in minutes.
How far are Bracebridge and Gravenhurst from Pearson and downtown Toronto?

Which route does the chauffeur take between Muskoka and Toronto?
From Bracebridge or Gravenhurst the car follows Highway 11 south through Washago and Orillia to Barrie, where it becomes Highway 400. The 400 runs through Innisfil, Bradford and King Township to Vaughan. For Pearson the chauffeur normally turns west on the 407 ETR and takes the 427 to the terminals; for downtown, the 400 to the 401 and the Don Valley Parkway or the 427 and the Gardiner. Tolls, when used, are inside the fixed fare. Before each trip the dispatcher checks Ontario 511, because a single collision near Barrie can close lanes for hours. For a deeper look at timing, read our Toronto to Muskoka route guide.
When is the 400 busiest, and how do you plan around it?
Highway 400 is Ontario's cottage highway, and weekends set the rhythm. Northbound traffic builds from about noon on summer Fridays and is heaviest before long weekends: Victoria Day in May, Canada Day, the Civic Holiday in August and Labour Day. Southbound, Sunday afternoons and holiday Mondays are the slowest. A two-hour trip can stretch past three. Our advice: leave Toronto before noon on Friday or after 19:00, and leave Muskoka before 11:00 or after 18:00 on Sunday. For flights, the dispatcher builds the traffic into your pickup time. Travelling in a chauffeured car also means the traffic is someone else's problem while you read, work or sleep.
What does the Muskoka fare include?
The fixed, all-in fare shown in the reservation engine before you confirm covers the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, 407 ETR tolls if used, Pearson airport fees and the gratuity, with HST shown separately. There is no surge on long weekends, no meter and no fuel surcharge. The fare changes with the vehicle class, the exact pickup and drop-off (a cottage past Port Carling is a longer trip than downtown Gravenhurst), the date and time, extra stops such as a grocery run in Bracebridge, and waiting beyond what is included. Our page on how our fares work explains it; to see your own figure, use the booking page.
Can you pick up at Muskoka resorts?
Yes. Muskoka's resorts are some of our most frequent pickups and drop-offs, and many guests fly into Pearson and want a car waiting. Gravenhurst has resorts on Lake Muskoka such as Taboo Muskoka, and the Lake Rosseau and Lake Joseph area around Minett and Port Carling has several large lakeside resorts. The chauffeur meets you at the main entrance or lobby, loads the luggage and handles the drive to Toronto. For check-out days, book a pickup just after the resort's check-out time and add a stop for lunch if you like. See our Muskoka resorts page and the Taboo Muskoka transfer guide for more.

Can you meet a private jet at Muskoka Airport (YQA)?
Yes. Muskoka Airport, owned by the District of Muskoka, sits between Gravenhurst and Bracebridge and handles business jets, turboprops and private flights, with most traffic in the summer. Our chauffeur meets the aircraft at the general aviation area or terminal door, with ramp access only where the FBO and the airport permit it. Give us the tail number or the operator's estimated arrival time and the dispatcher tracks it. From YQA it is about 170 km to downtown Toronto, or a few minutes to a resort or cottage dock. International arrivals clear customs through arrangements your operator makes with CBSA. See our Muskoka Airport page and Muskoka private aviation page.
Which vehicle suits a Muskoka cottage trip?
Most cottage trips suit the SUV, a Yukon XL or Suburban with six seats, four large bags and the weight and clearance for gravel cottage roads. For extra polish, the premier luxury SUV is a Navigator or Escalade. Couples going to a resort with standard luggage are comfortable in the first-class sedan. Larger families, golf groups or a weekend with the in-laws fit the Executive Sprinter with seven lounge seats, or the First-class Executive Sprinter with six captain's chairs. Child seats are available at booking. Please list coolers or paddleboards so we send enough space (pets need prior approval at booking); we do not tow trailers.
Is a Muskoka limo available for weddings?
Yes, and Muskoka weddings are a big part of our summer. Couples often marry at a resort, a boathouse or a family cottage, with guests arriving from Toronto and Pearson. A typical plan: an S-Class or luxury SUV for the couple, Sprinters shuttling guests between hotels, the ceremony and the reception, and late returns so nobody drives. Stretch limousines, party buses and full-size coaches for large guest lists come from vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network and are priced in writing by a coordinator. Our wedding limo page covers the timeline. Saturdays from June to September book early.
When should I book an hourly chauffeur in Muskoka?
Book the hourly chauffeur service whenever the day is more than one simple transfer. Common Muskoka examples: a golf day that moves between two courses and a clubhouse dinner; opening or closing the cottage, with stops at the hardware store, the grocery store and the marina; a resort stay where guests want a driver for dinner in Bracebridge and a trip to Port Carling; or a corporate retreat with site visits. You keep one car and one chauffeur for a three-hour minimum or a whole day, with extra time in 30-minute blocks. For long days away from Toronto, the reservation engine can also book the chauffeur's return separately.
Can you drop us at a marina for an island cottage?
Yes. Many Muskoka cottages are boat-access only, so the road trip ends at a marina in Port Carling, Bala, Beaumaris, Gravenhurst or another dock. The chauffeur drives you to the marina, unloads bags and groceries, and on the return meets you there at an agreed time. Share the marina name and your boat plan in the booking notes. On Sundays marinas get crowded and parking is tight, which is exactly why cottagers ask to be dropped off instead of leaving a car all week. Timing for a boat pickup can be confirmed by message on the day, and the chauffeur waits within the included 15 minutes, then in 15-minute blocks.
What is there to see in Bracebridge and Gravenhurst?
Gravenhurst calls itself the gateway to Muskoka. Muskoka Wharf is home to the historic lake steamships, including the RMS Segwun, and to a discovery centre about the region's boatbuilding past; Bethune Memorial House, the birthplace of Dr. Norman Bethune, is a national historic site in town. Bracebridge sits on the 45th parallel, halfway between the equator and the North Pole, and has falls right in the centre of town and Santa's Village for families. Discover Muskoka lists events and trails, and the Town of Bracebridge and Town of Gravenhurst post road work and closures. Our Muskoka cottage country page has day-trip ideas.
What about winter and fall in Muskoka?
Muskoka is busy well beyond July. Fall colours peak around late September and early October, bringing weekend traffic and resort bookings, and winter brings skiing, snowmobiling and quiet resort stays. Highway 11 north of Orillia is prone to squalls and whiteouts in January, and cottage roads may be ploughed late. Our cars run winter tires from November to April, and chauffeurs check Environment Canada warnings and Ontario 511 before heading north. In winter we recommend the SUV for cottage addresses and allow extra time for flights. If a road closure makes the trip unsafe, we call to reschedule, and a safer, longer route never raises the fixed fare.
Where will the chauffeur meet me at Pearson when I fly in for the weekend?
The standard fare includes curbside pickup at the pre-arranged pickup area on the arrivals level of Terminal 1 or Terminal 3; Pearson's pre-arranged services page explains how to tell the pickup-area dispatcher you are waiting for a pre-arranged ride. For a name board inside arrivals, add meet and greet at booking. Flight tracking is included, with 30 minutes of waiting for Canadian domestic and US flights and 60 minutes for other international arrivals from actual landing. Many weekend guests ask for a grocery or LCBO stop on the way north; add it at booking so the fare includes it.
How do I book a Muskoka car service direct?
Book on TorontoBlackLimousine.com through the reservation engine, the floating Book now button or the booking page. Enter the pickup, destination, date, time, passengers and bags, choose a vehicle, and the fixed all-in fare appears before you confirm. You get a confirmation immediately and the chauffeur's details before pickup, with no app and no aggregator commission. Cancellations are counted back from scheduled pickup: no charge beyond 72 hours, then 10 % inside 72 hours, 50 % inside 48 hours and 100 % inside 24 hours or for a no-show. Need flights or a hotel too? Our travel desk can arrange them.
